I placed an online order, went through the drive through but didn't stop at the order speaker section to provide my online order code but they still manage to get me my order at the final window. Pleasantly surprised by their operational efficiency.

Ordered through Uber Eats and both fries were missing. Got a $6 credit (one fry) and couldn’t justify a $20 re-order with fees so burger and nuggets, no fries. I respect hard-working staff, but I’m really hoping for the day when an AI packer never forgets the fries.

Don't use the drive thru if you're riding a motorcycle or e-bike. Not very two wheel friendly.
