Every single time, without fail, the customer service is like someone already mentioned ASTRONOMICALLY AWFUL!! The young girl working drive thru with the stretched earlobes not only told me rudely to wait in front, but also walked away before I could get a single word in. Then when saw that I was still waiting at the window gave me more of an attitude and said “I thought I told you to wait in front!”.. it’s was wrong, manager had to step in to complete my order & she still turned around rolling her eyes lol. I would only go here because the fries used to be so good & fresh , but not worth it anymore.

Went over about 10 min ago Ordered a 20 piece nugget a large fries and a diet doctor pepper. Didn’t give me a receiver. Repeated my order and yet didn’t get my fries. Tried calling them once I got home and no pick up. Horrible service

I just went there i been going here for years but today I had worst experience ever i took my mother who is in hospice care because she wanted a coffie I asked for a senior coffie the lady working was horrible and rude and also refused to give me the coffie she was horrible 💔 I well never ever go there agin and she was wrong i work at a hospital and if i acted the way she did i would had been terminated on the spot i well be seeking legal help for this

They messed up my order. They forgot my two large fries, and when I tried to call them, it went straight to the answering machine. They were also out of many items. I do not recommend this location. Wait time was 30 minutes i highly believe that this is the worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to.

I placed my order around 5:25 a.m. on October 27, but the coffee was cold, and I only received one sandwich instead of two. On top of that, the sandwich I got was just slightly reheated.

Always a hassle going to this McDonald's ... they never listen to your order in the drive thru. I find myself having to repeat multiple times and when you get your food, it's still wrong. Extremely frustrating
