Don’t bother going inside! You have to use a kiosk to order and the kiosk will freeze and not take your order properly. Spent 5 min trying to make my order when I could have just got my order taken at the register.

FYI even if you place an order for pick up and are waiting in the extremely long and slow drive though line, they will not honor a breakfast order if you get to the order window after 11am. Terrible service.

Drive through at this location on Lemon street worst service and rude they have 2 lanes I’m in the first lane and the drive through person helped 5 cars that weren’t even in the drive through prior to getting to me I had to ask several times this is the 2nd time at this location will never order from this location!

Everytime I order here, there's 5-10 cadence before you place an order, and a 20 minute wait behind 3 cars... And the line is wrapped around the building.
Haven't got sick here yet, and no bites outta my food. But it's obvious that the employees are undertrained and overworked.

For some odd reason the coffee machine doesn't work in the morning. It's like the ice cream machine and coffee machine are the same machine. If you want hot coffee in the morning, don't come here!

Drive-through can be ridiculously slow, night or day. I'll have a mobile order in the morning and the line takes so long that by the time I get to the window they won't serve me my order because it's 1 minute past 10:30am.
Whenever it's late, they make up a new excuse to not use the ice cream machine. I had an employee openly admit they didn't want to make any ice cream/shakes because they didn't want to have to clean the machine again. What else are you getting payed for. I've worked food service before and people are getting more and more lazy.
Love the sausage mcmuffen with egg. 2 for $6.
