The employees are all very nice, the place is always clean and the play area is cool. The manager Sandy is awesome and understanding. Everyone has good customer service.

McDonalds I’m Anaheim the hamburger and fry were not fresh made the hamburger was so flat and fry’s were kind of stale 🙁.

There was a group of four old people who walk in to the restaurant, they ask the manager to support and she told them to go to the big screen tablet and order there, one of them explain to one of the staff that they were not familiar with the technology and they prefer to make the order in person. The manager approach them and told old people that they can not make the order with the cashier because there were too busy. The four old people walk out of the restaurant. I offer to show them but they were very upset and ignore me. Í wish that they can have more sensitivity with the people who doesn’t know how use the technology

Today at about 10:10 am, I did a mobile order for a mocha frappe, went in, and waited over 15 minutes only to be told that the mechanic to make the coffee was not working.
And to get a manager or supervisor to give a refund was not a professional experience.
Once I entered the location, I saw 3 people waiting to place an order's who kept asking if someone could help them. After a few minutes, someone helped 2 of the customers and left one just wasting and just walked away from the register.
Once a person came to do my refund, I asked why they did not let me know sooner that my order could not be made.
I asked here how they could make a customer wait more than 15 minutes and not take his order ' her response, we are busy ' that is no excuse to just walk past the register and not even say a word to the customer.

Unfortunately, this is not the 1st time this has happened at this location. I have told them in the past, but my complaints feel on deaf ears
Even though this is on my way to work, I will look for another location

If you care about good service, go to Brookhurst St or Ball Road location. I will start to go out of my way to get better service
