Came in at 8am no customers were inside. We waited in line to order, we waited 2 min before realizing that no one is going to help and they make you use their kiosk.
What a STUPID system I just wanted to place my order and dine in with my baby. Instead I have to go to your dumb kiosk and try and navigate through your menu just to find the items I want to order, when your staff knows it better than me and can order it in half the time. As we are ordering someone came in and they took his order at the register. FRUSTRATING! When you have a lil one and you have to go through this!

Worst mc donalds order breakfast took an hour and missing a lot of orders and charge me on my credit card of orders i did not received. Very disappointing

This makes it ANOTHER fail for McDonald's. Total of 5X since ive been going here. I asked for no sausage on my egg mc muffin and what do they do? Yeah the messed up my order. No including my condiments, forgeting items just a total fail. Yet they charging like 5 star dining. Disappointed. Personnel does not pay attention to customer. Drive-thru does not listen to order instructions just bad experience. Save your money go elsewhere.

The worst McDonald's we have visited, rude, impolite and incapable of resolving any conflict or complaint, the worst customer service you will find, if your excuse for not resolving a conflict is to say that they are your policies, you should have your policies visible so that when a customer asks you for them you can show them.

I have to start by saying that I love McD's. I have been to many throughout our beautiful country but this place is subpar. There was a man with a dog ordering from the kiosk. His dog peed on the floor. Brought it to the attention of staff at the front and was told they couldn't do anything. Thinking there was a possible misunderstanding, I rephrased and pointed it out. Still nothing. So yeah, dog peed at the kiosk when you first enter. The place a smell. Air circulation was not good.
Parking in their lot. It's McDonald's so the food is pretty stable. The staff delivering food was nice. They were able to clean up a mess in the playplace area.
I witnessed a guy take someone else's order. Only know this because the true owner asked for their order and the staff swore they put it on the pick up counter.
I hope management makes some changes for better customer experience.
