The French fries are never fresh. They cook them ahead of time and leave them in the basket until people order then they dip them in grease again so they are soggy, cold in the middle and stale. Even if you ask for fresh ones.

I placed an order and they missed my 3 hashbrowns and a sausage sandwich sometime we don't have enough time to go to the restaurant so we have no option but order online it's so frustrating not to get everything you ordered please make sure to bag every single item on the bag before you seal

The sign on the door says they open at 6:30 so I'm out waiting in the cold and they would not open the door and then they said that they won't open till 7 even though the sign says 6:30 AM. If you put up a public sign you should stand by it!
