Horrible location. I ordered on the kiosk and got my receipt. I waited for about 30 minutes and when I got up to check there was an order that apparently had been sitting there with a different number from my receipt and when I asked the girl if that was my number she said I guess because I don’t have your number on my screen. I got home and my fries had no salt and were only halfway filled. Never going back I rather drive the distance to a different location

This place needs more workers and better management!! Workers were struggling, there was a lot of orders both outside in the drive through and in the store. The Young adults were trying to get their orders out and no help. NORMALLY, managers have to come out and help when the store is very busy BUT it seemed like there was none around because when other costumers asked for the manager, they looked like deers in a headlight. PLEASE DO BETTER MCDONALDS!!! Have better leadership! The young workers don’t deserve to be treaded rudely by costumers because they have no help

If possible please avoid this location by any means necessary. I went today and was given cold fries and when I notified him they weren’t fresh he gave me a stupid look then came back with the same fries but just dropped in some grease and back out. Not to mention this was a large fry and the second time they had less than the first one did. Last time I came my order was completely wrong. Luckily Wendy’s is beside it

DO NOT COME HERE!!! i always like coming to this mcdonald’s but this time was my last straw!! i ordered a 40 piece chicken nuggets and only received 38 NUGGETS!! the kids in here were js messing around with their skateboards and were loud. I was sitting in a table by the window where you see the play place and a little kid kept coming up to me a flipping me off, i felt disrespected! the workers were not doing there job, i was seen waiting at the counter and was ignored, the workers look bad and annoyed and did not talk to you professionally! Overall i did not like my experience here and do not recommend coming !!

I always try to avoid this location, but i went again yesterday (4/23/25), and my fries were not salted at all (i swear), they were also cold, the nuggets were flavorless (which might be a corporate change so it might not be their fault), and i asked for 6 bbq for my 40 pc nuggets but only got 4. I ordered INSIDE, so it's not like I was rushing them. And I always go to fast food places when they're not busy.
Every time I go here there's always something. For a whole decade, they would give me mexican salsa instead of ketchup, give me 1 bbq sauce for 20 nuggets, and there'd be a missing item or two.. every single time. I've avoided this location after that decade. When I was a teenager, I applied here and was rejected unless i was willing to cut my hair super short. You see?! You see what happens when you judge on appearances?! Their workers look the way that they want, but they suck. Every job i had always told me I was their best worker. This location really missed out because they prioritize 1920's appearance standards vs actual good workers.

The food is always great warm comforting, of course McDonald's has come up with a barrier for the customer service part it's not the workers fault it's just the way McDonald's is envisioning the future. Atmosphere quiet comforting welcoming

Been here multiple times, during busy hours. They get food out pretty quick, I enjoyed the burgers. I wouldn't know about the atmosphere havent stayed inside long enough.
