This is my go to Mcdonalds nearest to my house and by far the worst location ever! At night the drivethrough is always leading to the street and always takes so long. Last night was my last straw and will never go again. I waited 45 minutes in the drive through! Are you kidding me? Whats supposed to be a fast food spot is not. They're always so low on staff its ridiculous. Do better mcdonalds.

This store is always so busy with cars waiting on the main road for drive through service.
There’s only 3 people working and they are doing the best they can but management of this location should recognize how busy it is and work on staffing during peek hours. Not fair for your
employees to struggle to keep up, not fair for your customers to wait 30 minutes

I tried to get kid meals for my nephews and nieces. I got 5 wild children with me in total but I was not allowed to get five kid meals because it was more than allowed. It’s always pack here and lines blocks the road. The food comes out uncooked or soggy. Come here if you want to get sick.

Parking: Lots of homeless people in the parking lot. Not a safe environment for kids.

By far the worst McDonald’s, I’ve been to very bad customer service. All the employees are in the back, cursing and cussing out loud. Very dirty and messy.

We had a bad bad experience today at this place. The dining room was closed at 8:30 am and a lot people nicking the door and no body said anything the reason, the manager was mad the cashiers with bad attitude. Poor service at these restaurants

I don't frequent McD's as much as I used to, so it's been a while since I've been to one. I love engaging with people, so coming into here and not even having the employees greet us or smile at us was disheartening.
It seems they have gone to offering kiosks to order instead of dealing with a person inside the restaurant.
I was on limited time and wanted to be able to order my food and sit and enjoy it before I had to rush off to my next appt.
I ended up asking an associate to help me with the kiosk and put my order thru so I didn't have to figure out the kiosk.
While waiting for my food, there was an older couple, guessing to be in their 70s, that were struggling trying to understand the kiosk. They kept looking for an employee to help them, but the employees were basically ignoring anyone in the dining room. I ended up going up and asking someone to go help them.
That was one of several people who came in that were trying to figure out the kiosk.
It was truly disheartening and so unwelcoming.
I can't presume that it was just rude employees as it may have been what they've been ordered to do.
Unfortunately, it definitely tainted my experience of a restaurant that once was a fun, welcoming place with friendly employees, for families and friends to gather for a quick bite to eat.
I also found it ironic that they had a recruiting sign offering jobs "with a side of feeling valued" while as a customer I did not feel valued....at all.
It's my interesting point of view that food and connection go together. And customer service is high on my list of requirements for any business I engage with.
So, if you're cool with dealing with tech, this place will be up your alley. For some, this is preferred.
If you still prefer looking someone in the eyes and smiling as you greet each other and place your order, maybe not this place.
How does it get any better than this? I wonder.....
