If I could give 0 stars I would as someone who worked fast food my self every time I come to this location customer service is a joke. Come here if u wanna stand at the counter and have 5 workers side eye u and walk past u without saying anything or walking by so fast they won't let u get their attention . Came in tonight to the same experience only to have the manger come over and actually help me after a worker stood Infront of me ignoring me only for the. Manager to ask me for a good review after she finally took the time to help me . If u don't want to deal with people don't work in customer service end of story .

Be careful with this place. It gets overly crowded and attitude gets very up and down during rush hours obviously. They will tell you you'll have to wait for certain items longer than other orders to keep you waiting for your order longer overall. One lady was trying to tell someone in the drive thru that they didn't order anything but after they refreshed the system it said their order just as they were leaving. The Happy meals are always sold out for the special ones and they give you looks when you order them. At the very least my food was usually prepared properly except for certain times having stale fries and ice cream being on and off. Overall it's nice for the experience and to be close to Disneyland but not as close unfortunately. The one down the street could be equally as bad or good depending on you.

The lady at the window was super nice. Other than the super long light cycles that plague Anaheim this McDonald’s was a nice addition to the trip. We stayed at the Ayres so it was super close

Overall it was good. It's insanely busy with it's location where mobile pickup orders are a little chaotic. They did the best with what they could but it could be a little more organized. I think mcdonalds also should have a check in through the app. I was close enough that it was a 2-4 minute walk where being able to have the food ready as soon as I left would have made it easier.
