SAVE YOUR MONEY IF GOING IN AFTER MIDNIGHT & ESPECIALLY 30 MIN BEFORE THEY CLOSE. I'm not sure when they made the last batch of food, but they definitely leave it out. I genuinely worried somebody's going to get sick. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I really try to give people and places the benefit of the doubt but never again with this place. If you go to this particular McDonald's after midnight, expect to get cold, disgusting food. I have been to this spot many times as it's open at that time of the evening when I'm coming home. If it was like that every once in a while, I could possibly understand, but it's been like this every time I have gone there after midnight. Burgers aren't even hot, and the cheese isn't even melted, and the fries are cold, hard, and disgusting.

I had been to this McDonalds a few times through the drive-thru and I had never had an issue, pretty standard wait and the service was fine. I had gone in the dining area cause I did not want to get in the drive thru for them to tell my the ice cream machine is broken and have to wait to get out. I am a pretty patient person especially with fast food because I get it. But when I saw I had been waiting for 20 min for what I ordered I was like what’s going on so I went toward the counter and saw others waiting there too. I ordered three chocolate chip cookies and an ice cream cone. I waited 40 min until I finally got to ask someone about my order and they said oh it’s gonna be a few minutes for the cookies. I was flabbergasted. I wanted a refund at that point for the cookies but wanted the cone cause a cone doesn’t take 10 minutes to make. So a different guy comes to give me a refund and I let him know that I would still like my cone and he walks away after refunding me the cookies. Again, flabbergasted, the machine was right there, the man did not give a — . I waited an additional 20 min for this dang ice cream cone. A whole hour. For an ice cream cone. That’s on me I guess. The customer service is nonexistent. No one is up at the front like ever, and they ignore you when you try to get their attention. Some girl was on her phone walking around and with her hands in her pockets at other times. There was so many people in the dining area waiting to get helped it was ridiculous. The guy that gave me the refund removed his glove to touch the screen and then started touching his bandaid and put the same glove right back on. Gross but whatever. The restrooms are also gross, they don’t have seat covers. The tables are dirty. This place needs better managers or a whole retraining in service and efficiency cause the manager on duty was nowhere to be seen and there was no sense to even help anyone in the dining area. They had really annoying instrumental meditation like music playing. Good luck if you choose to come here.

I went in to pick up an order and was waiting for 10 minutes past the pick up time. During this time not one person acknowledged me or let alone said anything. After the 10 minutes I asked the cashier (older lady) “excuse me” and she replied with an attitude “you have to wait.” Very terrible and horrible service and attitude.
What happened over there it’s never happened in my life On Saturday 1/4/25 at 11:30 pm I wanted to order through the drive thru and when it was my turn to order the lady over the speaker tried to make it as a joke and some other workers there were laughing over the speaker it was so weird and disrespectful I kind of sure they were smoke over there or something , and I ordered 4 hamburgers all of them were disgusting like someone spit on it We threw them in the trash. And I went to another McDonald to buy new hamburgers and everything was good . The workers over there who worked this shift They need to get fire immediately They are literally ruining this place

I am posting this location how unprofessional for uber drivers . It give you instructions to pick up in lobby and if lobby closed to go through drive through. John the manager I spoke with after waiting in line more than 30 mins . Instructs me I have to get off and go to lobby . He was very unprofessional. We are T work as well and he making people wait more for food when on the site it says go through drive through. He should definitely should not be manger . No customer service no sense of care either.
