McDonald's is not the same, they need to go back to cooking their food and stop putting the food in a warmer because the quality of the food is horrible. I got chicken nuggets and they taste like they were under a lamp for days. It was too far to go back. Im giving them a break.

We ordered on the mobile app and when we went to pick it up thru the drive thru we were told that we could not get it food because they had changed from breakfast to lunch on the menu and I told them I would just order lunch then and then they told me I couldn't because I paid on the app and then I told them I wanted a refund and they told me that I should see my refund within 24 hours. I was never refunded for the food that I purchased. I was on a road trip and was unable to go back to the location to speak to anyone about a refund. Very frustrating because I feel like there should've been something that they could have done to compensate us for the food that we paid for.

Food is always cold and several items are missing Everytime, the problem is never resolved, and you'll be in line for at least a half hour.
Had to wait quite a while for someone to take my order at the cahsier register, and it took them longer with my food than anything they need to higher more people

Grossest McDonald's I have ever seen every single trash can is overflowing,outside, inside and even the bathroom. The bathroom has no toilet paper, no soap and you have to pull the door in order to get out of the bathroom disgusting place
