Ordered the 2 for 6$ sandwich meal, asked for one with spicy sauce and was charged 10$?? Paid without thinking but as soon as seeing the transaction realized the price was way off. After asking why it came out to so much the cashier replied “if it’s spicy it doesn’t count for the meal”, after we already paid for it?? Didn’t bother to tell us that before we paid. Then when we asked if we could just change it to the normal one, responded annoyed “i’ll have to get my manager and it’s a big deal”… 😒😒 Food is good but seriously?? Should’ve mentioned that before hand

Surprisingly, somehow, this didn't end in a poor experience. I find general McDonald's experiences comparable (if not virtually identical) to that of Walmart's. This one was better though.

I went thru drive up. The guy said diet coke right.. I said yes and he didn't come back. I also had fry and cheeseburger. The fry was not even warm and the cheeseburger was a total mess with ketchup and the meat looked scary so I threw them both out. Wasted $10 . Carl's Next store, I should of gone there . 1 person, should of been super easy .

For the most part, you know what you are getting with McDonald's. Somehow gave me the wrong item for my breakfast. Ordered an egg biscuit and sausage burrito. Got the burrito 🌯 but somehow got a ham, egg, and cheese muffin. Oh well, I was already parked at the convention by the time I unwrapped it.
This McDonald's is the worst ever. it's always dirty, homeless people hanging out. Asked for a refill for soda NO REFILLS I will not be coming to this MCDONALD'S anymore

This McDonalds use to be very good. Unfortunately, over the past year or so the service and quality has tanked! Recently, I ordered online through the McD app. Everything was confirmed and paid for through the app for Curbside pickup. However, when I arrived at the restaurant and entered my space number, everything went south. The restaurant canceled my order! I went inside to find out what was going on. When I spoken to the employee at the counter after waiting, he told me they had no order in their system. I then had reorder and PAY a second time. As I waited there for an additional 15 minutes, while they gave priority to the drive thru orders, a message popped up on my phone stating that curbside was now closed at that location! Drive thru wasn’t that busy either, but the restaurant was attempting to shorten their drive thru times by having cars pull forward and park. Then the front counter person would run the orders out to the waiting customers at the expense of the people waiting for walk-in orders!!! I am really disappointed with the disrespect and overall lack of common sense with the shift manager and franchise management!!!! Lost my repeat business for good! I will take my dollars elsewhere! Oh, and I am still waiting for the refund from the first order, as McD Corporate says the restaurant must reach out and refund me directly!!!!
