I came at 7:12 am parked curbside placed my food by 7:13 am, I’m waiting this car pulls up next to me coupe minutes later and still receives his food before me??? I’m waiting there till 7:21 to get my food literally all other curbsides empty before me getting there. Even the girl knew she messed up she just said “ sorry for the….wait”. I knew my order was rushed because one of my items was like really burnt and one was how it should’ve been. They need to be more organized it’s frustrating to people who need to be on the road for work.

Ordered... one hot and spicy chicken with a slice of cheese.. Sunday night around 10:30pm No cheese..
I ordered two mcdoubles no ketchup or mustard no pickles..
Add mayo.. and lettuce..
They made it with ketchup and mustard and pickles..
It wasn't fresh.. it tasted old, and I got sick later on..
Ive worked at McDonald's and especially when there busy people get mad when they customize things..
Ive even heard them... say.. why don't people just order it the way it comes?
Because.. I don't like it the way it comes... I didn't tell them to make them that way in the first place.. not everyone likes pickles and what not.. it's stupid.. some people just scrape them off.. waster of food.
I wish you guys would have made it the way I asked....

Customers service is great, everyone is always nice and friendly, just a few times when I've made a mobile order (and was just across the street) or in the restaurant my food is pretty cold especially the French fries and those are normally my favorite.

Ordered and picked up at the counter. Had to stand there and get the rest of my order twice. Never had issues with this place until the last 2 times I ordered there. $20 hourly pay and the service gets worse. I'd go to other McDonald's and not recommend this one. I don't usually write reviews but this is getting ridiculous. If you ask for anything extra you just get that. I ate here almost daily while going to school. Finding another place to go. Not McDonald's, this showed me standards don't mean much anymore even though it's cheap fast food.

I'm sad, we've idolized several times for breakfast. I go with my 85-year-old mother and we ask for a refill on the coffee and you say that they no longer give this McDonald's.
