Every time I try and cash my rewards, I'm always short an order. The app doesn't help with recent orders so if you don't have a receipt, you better pray the staff isn't pissy towards you and they give you your order. I hate walking out empty handed after paying for food. I don't even see that money back for days if at all.

I decided I'll pickup some quick breakfast from the drive thru, there was at least 2-3 other cars in front of me. When I ask for my breakfast order it's 10:32, the employee tells me it's past 10:30 so I can no longer order breakfast but I had been in line since about 10:25. I tell them this and they told me that they have cameras and they never saw, like bro just make my Mcgriddle.

I went through the drive-thru and it was fairly quick. It did not take long. The spicy deluxe McCrispy chicken meal was ok. Not the best taste. But it tastes different to me. Maybe because i have not ate this in a very long time... it was ok. I appreciate the service here š.

I ordered food here from DoorDash, and honestly, Iāve never eaten French fries this dry in my life. What are these employees even doing? Are they supposed to be adults or just a bunch of kids running around with no focus? Itās clear the people you hire have nothing but drama on their mindsātheyād rather āspecializeā or play games than actually cook food properly. My meal was dry, flavorless, and completely unacceptable. The manager needs to step up, start firing people who canāt handle basic responsibilities, or implement real discipline that actually teaches these kids to act like adults instead of letting troubled-minded children run a kitchen. At this point, itās not just about one bad orderāitās a complete failure in hiring, training, and accountability. If you want your customers to actually eat something decent, stop treating this like a playground and start treating your staff like adults who are expected to do their jobs.

Slow as hell, didn't want to serve people instore, laughed at customers, pretended not to understand an old woman, gave her a hard time. The employees here don't work they are always socializing with each other. Laughing and making fun of the customers that are eating for food. Awful these tweens need to be fired. Very dirty food has black spots š¤¢š¤® Update the food is still awful the burger bread was old and the fries too. The chicken nuggets looked like one of them was bitten. Gross I threw away over half the fries š¤®š¤¢ congrats on the new staff but it's still bad especially when you expect good food I'm sick right now from it. Still needs improvement in food and cleanliness.
