I haven't eaten at any McDonald's for awhile.
But my mother wanted a filet of fish sandwich.
It was the worst thing ever!
I should have taken pictures.
The bun was not fresh, the filet had about a nickle amount of sauce, not to mention how greasy it was
Sorry not Sorry will we ever eat at McDonald's again.

It was a day of bad service, I waited 30 minutes for my food, the food was cold, they didn't give napkins, they didn't put what you asked for! I hope for changes on my next visit.

Just went to this branch and my orders was incomplete. Ordered big breakfast, no condiments included, hash brown were missing. The lines were busy but customers would want their orders be completed despite morning rush. Disappointing.

I only eat McDonald’s breakfast & never have a problem. It’s usually good. For the last month I have been craving nuggets. I finally went to get lunch & got a nugget meal. The food was soooooooo bad. I mean you can taste the old oil in the fries & the fries have been sitting for hours. Nothing had flavor (not even a salty flavor) the fries were the WORST! They were literally stale cardboard. I only ate a handful & felt my stomach turning. I’m gonna ask for a refund at least on the large fry. If they give it to me I’ll come back & update my review. I ate all the nuggets cause I was hungry so I’m not gonna ask for a refund. The service was good. Have no issue with that… it was just the awful food. Not a hint of freshness!

I did not like the fact when I went on 11/03/24 for breakfast, that the cashier wouldn't give me the hash brown for the same price as it was on the app. So not having enough money for both of us, I let my bf enjoy a good filling meal without me joining him.

The customer service it’s very bad and can’t handle the customers request and they don’t know how to serve you and if order dine in service they provide you bag for take away and there is no hygienic & the table,floor non clean…they should depute expert manager to handle the team..

Most of my experiences here have been satisfactory but today grinds my gears. I try ordering a blended drink on the app and on the kiosk and It wasn't available. So I wait in line and as I'm in line. Another customer receives a blended drink. So I proceed to let them know I'm not able to order one on the app or kiosk and they proceed to let me know it's broken. I point out the obviously blended drink that the previous customer received and the lady tells me that it's not and it's a latte. I know that wasn't a latte, but if the machine just broke or whatever I understand. But don't lie to my face when the evidence is right there.
