Have no idea what happened… all I asked was for a freaking subtotal of the order because it was a hidden catering order… wouldn’t let me finish the order! How is that suspicious?? Doordash hides the catering orders now, so I was curious if it was a hidden large order and guy wouldn’t let me finish it .

I did not see Mendocino Farms at this location anymore. I came to this place expecting to find Mendocino farms but was surprised to find it being another one of those food pickup warehouses. Once going inside I found a screen to order and Mendocino farms was no where to be found!! I kept scrolling through the 10 pages 2 times looking like a fool to find that it is indeed, not there. I was left to quickly decide on something else. There are so many options here so it was hard to make a pick but ended up getting pizza instead. These places are so confusing to me and I will always prefer a regular staffed restaurant.

Where’s the rest of my salad (it’s only 2/3 full tonight but usually touches the lid) and why does the impossible meat look and smell different in a bad way? The meat used to be crumbles and now I don’t know what this is. This is what a $13 salad gets you here so be careful. If they were out of salad they should have given me something as a substitute. Definitely feel cheated.

Ordered and picked up the banh mi salad. It's one of my favorite salads. It's tasty and low cal and gave a good amount of pork compared to the other locations I go to. Always my go to!

Quick order online. Exact time frame was perfect to pick up parking is a bit tricky though. Industrial building area. My order was missing a salad I eventually had to go back to pick it up which was annoying. I don't understand how they missed that if each bag is supposed to be rechecked before sealed. Took a few minutes to find someone to help me since the robot was the only one floating around back there. Someone popped out and resolved it quickly but it was just annoying to have to drive away to notice that it was missing and then have to come back for a salad. The food was pretty fresh some of the combinations were a bit odd. Overall the salad was amazing and so were the sandwiches. I have made an account with you so I will definitely be returning give you guys a second chance. And for myself I will definitely double check before I leave the building. Thank you food was a nice new experience.

Really weird location. It’s hard to tell it’s even Mendocino Farms. And you have to order online so make sure you order ahead. you’ll save yourself 20mins
The place is odd and doesn't seem like a real place. From what I read, it's a delivery port with a kitchen for food that goes out through delivery apps only and no dine in. Regardless, the sandwich I got was pretty damn good. So I guess the job was done. 4 stars only because it seems shady specially how the building looks.

As another reviewer mentioned, their recipes are not the quality and taste of the actual restaurant and, if it’s anything like I experienced, the chef may cut corners so it’s not what you’re used to. I’ve ordered a few times from here and both times there were issues. They’re so incompetent (they mess up then make you jump through hoops to prove you aren’t lying) and have terrible customer service. They won’t help you at all or try to make things right so you’re out the money you spent if you don’t get what you ordered. I’ve never had a business make you prove you aren’t lying which is so low class. There’s many, many great restaurants nearby for you to put up with the bad experience here.
