Amazing drinks and service! Had the Haupia coffee with custom sweetness level and it was super tasty. To the awesome gentleman working the counter, thanks for your recommendations and kindness for filling my kids water bottles. It was greatly appreciated!

We got a coconut smoothie and it’s gotten fuzzy green and black stuff in coconut, told the staff and still sell to other people. Why?!!

I was waiting in the line to order at 6 PM, the staff who was making the drink didn’t say “Hi” or asked me to wait then I just move back to see the whole menu and look at some stickers, suddenly a man cut through to make an order and I was thinking in my mind that shouldn’t the staff call me first!!! The signature Thai tea look tasty but I never give a ?? to try it…

First of all, I have been here multiple times and I have never experienced bad service like today. I go there since I love the fresh coconut smoothie that is usually served or comes in a coconut shell. But this young woman had her airpods on it and I don't even know if she was paying attention or not but for me and any other customer is so disrespectful, and when I asked her what happened with my coconut shell (since she served my smoothie on a cup) and with the attitude she answered to me that she can serve my smoothie on the coconut shell but it would be more expensive when I already paid the price for the coconut shell. So disappointing ?? even though you can read on the menu that it said served in a coconut shell. My smoothie didn't taste coconutty or creamy like they always make it for me, the drink tasted more like crushed ice with milk than coconut.

We ordered two drinks from this place and didn't like either of them. Firstly, the Haupia coffee had a very strong and off-putting flavor. It just left a bad taste in my mouth. Secondly, the matcha cloud drink is just a bad idea. The coconut water makes it difficult to stir in the matcha foam, and while separated, the matcha foam portion had an extremely bitter and overpowering flavor that just made the entire drink unpleasant. We didn't finish either of our drinks because of how bad they were.

Drink ordered: Pumpkin Thai Iced Tea Boba with Oat MilkTaste: This Pumpkin Thai Iced Tea was a delicious and refreshing seasonal boba drink. The pumpkin flavor was subtle and not too overpowering, and the Thai tea flavor was rich and creamy. The oat milk added a nice creaminess to the drink without being too heavy. The bobas were perfectly cooked and had a nice chewy texture.Price: The Pumpkin Thai Tea Boba is $6.50 without tip and taxes.Presentation: The Pumpkin Thai Iced Tea Boba is served in a clear plastic cup with a lid and straw. The drink is layered, with the Pumpkin Thai tea on the bottom and the oat milk on top. The bobas are mixed in throughout the drink.Staff: The staff at Mini Monster is friendly and knowledgeable. They are always happy to help you make a decision about what to order, and they are always happy to answer any questions you have about the drinks.Overall, I highly recommend the Pumpkin Thai Tea with oat milk at Mini Monster in Seattle, WA. It is a delicious and refreshing seasonal boba drink that is well worth the price.

Went on a Tues mid afternoon, so unusual experience: parked in the lot right next to Anaheim Packing House and perused the shops. No line, and got the seasonal pumpkin spice thai tea at 50% sweet and peach tea at 75% sweet. Peach tea was refreshing, with nice canned peach chunks--not a strong green tea base, but I liked that it was not overly steeped. Reminded me a bit of Tastea's Peach Me Sweetie, which I love. Only had a sip of the pumpkin spice milk tea with oat milk, but it was great and beautiful. Though I cannot tell if the cream cap was also dairy free or not. Either way, it had a nice subtle flavor--not overpoweringly pumpkiny.Found out today that the front plants, soaps, plushies, and decor carts near Popbar are run by this shop, and purchased a nice plant gift here. Likely overpriced, but loved the composition, vase, and availability. Sad that they no longer carry corgi vases, which was the reason for my visit. But still satisfied. Would come back for cute gifts or drinks especially if already coming by Packing House.

My matcha latte was made to perfection! Delicious and goes down smooth. It is a plus that you can watch the screen in front while enjoying ur drink.

This is, and I am not exaggerating when I say this, the worst boba I have ever had in my entire life. My partner and I both got drinks here (honey tea and taro respectively) it was basically just colored water. You know right at the end when the ice melts and it all gets watered down and it is unappealing? That was what the first sip was like in both of our drinks. I don't know if it was just the woman making them because I'm not one to complain about an underpaid service worker, but I was astounded at how long it took for me to receive the worst taro I've truly ever had across who even knows how many different boba shops. Unreal.

Small boba stand inside Packing House that does novelty things such as cotton candy wrap or light bulb shaped container. The drinks (lemonade and lavender matcha) did take quite a while to be made, but this can be due to the amount of people on a Friday night. It can be hard to find seats indoors so would recommend going outside. The noise level is also a lot less outside.

We stopped here while visiting and loved their Thai tea! It was not too sweet and I purchased the glass option to take home. My husband got a lavender lemonade but it was just ok. I didn’t taste much lavender and didn’t really taste any lemonade, but it was good nonetheless. The following day I got their Vietnamese coffee and loved it! This staff is great. This is a must try for anyone visiting the packing district.

Waited in front of register for over 5mins, but nobody acknowledged, just too busy making drinks. Jasmine milk tea is all creamer, no fresh milk substitute. Tasted so powdery. Boba melted in the boba. Overly sweet even with half sugar. Cotton candy was the only thing that’s not bad. The only selling point for this place is the lightbulb and the cotton candy.
