Our server, Josh was excellent! He took very good care of us. The food as usual was perfect! I had the ribeye Oscar style and my husband had the 8oz filet mignon and we share the au gratin potatoes and the lobsters Mac and cheese. We have never had a bad meal here! Thank you for a wonderful dinner, Morton's!
I didn't think it was possible to eat steak so expensive but so bad in the US The flavour was very average but it was as tough as an old leather jacket !!! I was a guest of a very good friend If I had been paying the cheque I would have refused to pay for it Yes it was that bad Not been to a Morton's for probably 7/8 years Almost certainly won't go back to one !!
Best steaks in town. Always consistent service, excellent quality food and great cocktails. Great value too
I have been to other Morton's Steakhouse locations and this one was a bit underwhelming. I indicated the reservation was for 2 birthdays and provided the information. They only listed one person on the birthday acknowledgment placard at the table. Secondly, the table they gave us was one of the worst locations. It was right at the entry way in the middle of all incoming people being seated, waiters passing by and the front door. Lastly the Brussel sprouts were hard at the ends. I told the manager when he came by the table to ask about how the service was going. He took them away and said he would tell the chef but still charged us for them. So overall it was an ok experience just not what I have become accustomed to with this franchise. The rest of the food; however, was very good.
Chris Hernandez, our server, was exemplary and has a great personality and super service. The food was wonderful as well.
To celebrate our anniversary, we went to Morton's Anaheim to take advantage of a $69 dinner promotion. As it turned out not all locations participated, and Anaheim did not. We were sitting in the bar area against windows - pleasant outdoor lighting instead if the dark main dining room -and had a very lovely dinner despite not taking advantage of the special. The Sommelier helped us pick a nice wine, and our server Zach was attentive and helped to make a special occasion a truly lovely experience.
Made a reservation for the the viral Veuve Cliequot special. From the very start, it seemed as if it was going to be disastrous yet I still tried to remain optimistic. My reservation was set for 6:15, when we pulled into the parking lot valet had a line of cars. It was so backed up and made me late by three minutes to my reservation. The valet drivers were driving, erratic, so much that my fiancé decided to just park his own vehicle. Once inside, we waited for about five minutes and then we sat in the bar area. Right away. I told the waitress we were there for the special. She went ahead and put our order in and about 20 minute We finally received our glasses of champagne she apologize for the delay due to the glass dropping right before she brought them out. Now let me touch on that. there was broken glass being broken about every 10 minutes. I'm not sure if it was just too overwhelming or too crowded for the staff. Moving along the burgers and fries are supposed to come out in this cute little box that has the champagne name embroidered in orange and black mind you my reservation was at 6:15. we were seated about just 2 hrs and roughly 30 minutes after they'd been open and they had all ready ran out of boxes. The burgers did not come out as per advertise. The Wagyu burger was much better than the chicken. the chicken was a little dry and overcooked. There's also supposed to start off with with fresh bread our waitress forgot to bring it out and said she'd boxed them at the end, but who wants to take home "fresh bread" everyone knows it's not the same the next day. It seems as if they didn't close their bookings because it was just way too crowded being that this is an upscale restaurant. It was impossible to enjoy the ambience of it. However, when we left, we were gifted these cute cups that was probably the best part of the night. Needless to say this was a four out of 10 experience and I will not be returning.
The food was delicious. Everyone in my party loved their meal. Jasmin, our server, was professional, courteous, and friendly.
Food, Service very good...venue has several dark spots makes it hard to view the menu...on this evening the restaurant was very loud...the volume did not annoy us...it was just unexpected
We've been coming to this Morton's for quite some time and we came to celebrate our anniversary. However, the service was definitely lacking. We had a trainee which is fine, but we felt forgotten at times. Our lobster bisque never came, we had to ask for it. I got a bone in ribeye instead of the normal 16oz I ordered. Our bread came late. In total our dinner was over 2 hours. We ended up being late for another activity. Food was great as always, the dining room wasn't dimmed like it usually is, but we still enjoyed the food. Was a 7/10 due to the experience though.

First time diner at Morton's and waa not at all disappointed. From the time we stepped in the door the experience was amazing. The wait staff was superb. The food was delicious. Drinks terrific. Dessert soooo good. The lighting waa a little low key but I managed to see what I waa eating and doing. I'd definitely come back.
I love Morton's. Normally wouldn't hesitate to give it hands down 5 stars all the way around. Last night was very good and better than most but not as good as I have had. T many other Morton's I've enjoyed.
We were served and treated so special it made my entire night. Everyone was kind, pleasant and attentive. The food was amazing. Thank you for making my day special..
Customer service was outstanding, quick table service drinks were never empty. Food was amazing.
It's been a long time since I ate at a Morton site (last time was in Chicago, many years ago), and it was a great experience! When I saw a Morton's right next to my hotel in Anaheim, I knew I had to stop in. I visited the restaurant the second night in town, but I don't know what happened...it was a terrible letdown! I really appreciated the ability to call in for a place in line, because I didn't have to wait long to be seated. I chose the bar because I was solo, and there were many people coming in. The bartender was very friendly and seemed anxious to make me comfortable. I ordered a small filet to be cooked medium-leaning toward medium rare with a baked potato (I wasn't very hungry, but was looking forward to enjoying a well-cooked steak). The steak came quicker than I expected, but (although the center was pink) was tough, dry and a little chewy. VERY DISAPPOINTING! Although he was not super busy, the bartender took a long time to notice that I had finished and asked if I was done and if I wanted anything else. I am not inclined to ever go back to a Morton's, but I met a friend the next night as he was coming out of the restaurant, who was very satisfied (he ordered fish). Warning to steak lovers...do a little intel before depending on a long-ago experience!
