The service was fine and it was a nice location. The food was average and very expensive. The cocktails were terrible. Watered down and $20 a piece. I would skip this place next time.

Fantastic. They were extremely busy. We were seated a bit later than our ressrvation but i had requested a nice table it was the best. Better tgan i could have hoped. They made up for the late seat with an extremely attentive server. Food, ambiance everything was awesome. Especially for a party of 8 on a holiday weekend. Well done!

Subpar food, ridiculous pricing, and if felt like we were eating in a freaking cafeteria. Yuck!

Highly recommend making a reservation if you don't want to wait in line to get a table for dinner. We ordered Arancini and family style caesar's salad to share. Then entrees like Mafaldine & Mushroom Beef Ragu, Spaghetti & Wagyu meatballs, and the pizza special. Everything was good. Would definitely dine here again.

This isn't just based on one visit. I've tried this place on several occasions and each time is no better than the last. I am finally done with Naples for good. First I always set a reservation and every single time my party of 10 is sat it is at a table for 6 at the very most. When I finally find someone in charge it's just a run a round and basically I'm told it is what it is....that is completely unacceptable under every circumstance. The food quality is lacking A LOT. The prices asked for the quality of food is ridiculous. If you ever get the pleasure of sitting upstairs you'll feel the grime and dirt in the carpet because you'll have to use your strength to move your feet to take more steps. Just disgusting over all. Many years ago I really did like this place but I will no longer choose to spend my money there. My money spends anywhere and I'll use it at places much better.

we love the food. The only issue was it all came out at once, appetizers, salads, & main course. We wanted to enjoy our meal & not be rushed.

The perk of eating here is definitely that you can make a reservation. Otherwise, I would say that the food is mid, and the prices are high. But it's definitely convenient.

The service was wonderful... They sat us down early. We had a group of high school students attending Disneyland... They were very kind and prompt. The food was delicious. 

I had a good experience the last time I was there and decided to go back . My drink had chucks of lime which made it taste gross. I'm definitely not going back. There's lots of of other restaurants in downtown Disney that anyone can go to. I was very disappointed especially since I'm paying a lot for my drink .

5$ extra for a punch of hot honey is excessive. Wish we knew about the size and price prior

The food the service and the management all fell very short. It was an extremely disappointing birthday dinner. I won't get into the details but the best part about the meal was that I was with my family. I would not recommend save your money

We by-passed a long line of people waiting to be seated that did not have reservations. Our outdoor table was a good one, our waiter was friendly and helpful with our questions, our food came to the table all together, and the food was excellent. I would definitely eat there again. Highly recommended!

The service was top-notch. The food itself was quite lacking. Portions were small for the price. Flavoring was on the salty side and all the pasta was overcooked.

Our server, Wesley was the best he was super kind and nice and gave great service. The food was mediocre at best. The pasta was already pre-cooked and you could taste it. The shrimp was rubbery and not fresh. The pizza was the star of the dinner. If you get anything get the pizza that restaurant is very turn and burn and more quick service than a full service restaurant.

Always stop in for dinner. Great staff!! Food is excellent. Try the Italian Margarita. Especially if Santi is behind the bar!!!
