nFuse is in the hotel we are staying at for a conference so we decided to give it a try. It was a pretty informal relaxed vibe. You seat yourself and wait for a server to come to your table. The servers were polite and professional. The halibut and pork chop were both perfectly cooked and very flavorful. The sides were good as well, but if you are very hungry beware... The portions are rather small. No appetizers, soup, salad, drinks or desserts and it was over $40 per person.
Revised review: Dined here several times through a stay at Marriott for convenience, though the first two experiences almost led me not to come back. Food is overpriced but is good quality and consistent. Wait staff is pretty consistently stretched, probably in part because of their open seating policy in pool/bar area. First time there, the waitress was trying REALLY hard, but she was run ragged and definitely had more customers than she could handle. Sat around an extra 15 minutes...
Not a big menu but it was nice. Service was really good and food came out fairly quick. We sat in the lounge area where there were high tops and regular seating and a bar if you wanted. We met with a friend and client and were able talk and hear each other comfortably.
