My family visited this restaurant over vacation and had our best meal of the trip here. We met the owner, Nancy, who was so incredibly sweet, was helpful in explaining menu items-- even pointing out that we had ordered two soups and perhaps to take one item off unless we felt we needed more soup after. My boyfriend also really enjoys learning new languages and she gladly taught him mandarin words during dinner :).

I’ve been coming here for years. I used to live in Beijing and this was my go to place when coming back to California. It’s delicious and Ping is so kind. We love it here and keep bringing more people to have it

Although the outside of the restaurant looks modest, this is a great hidden gem in the 99 ranch market center that offers great food and great service, all at a reasonable price. The manager treats customers like family. It is honestly a bit difficult to recommend a particular dish, because everything we've had were quite good. Even the seemingly "simple" dishes felt sophisticated and well-made. We appreciate the fact the you will not get the greasy and slightly bloated feeling after the meal that you may get from other China restaurants - I think that is a testament to their use of quality ingredients and heathier cooking process. If you have not been, give it a try and you will surely become a repeat customer!

The second i walked into the restaurant, i knew it was going to be a pleasant experience! The workers were so nice, especially the nice lady who checked in with us! She even helped plate our food into the to go containers :))The food was so good, i felt like i was ascending to Heaven and i never noticed that i was 90% done with my soup until my cousin pointed it out LMAOIt’s such a nice place to unwind and enjoy some handmade food, i will from now on recommend this place to everyone i know!!Parking: Very easy to find!! I love it here

Noodle House is seriously a hidden gem. The Mapo Tofu, Salt and Pepper Fish, and Egg Flower Soup are to die for.The wait staff is super friendly and the food comes out super fast. If you are free during lunch or after work I would seriously recommend eating here.

We've been frequenting this place for years, and it's hands down my favorite spot for Chinese cuisine. The staff is consistently friendly, and they have our order memorized before we even take our seats. For starters, the Egg Soup is a delightful choice, but the highlight for me is definitely the Salt and Pepper Fish served with a side of white rice. Every visit leaves us feeling both satisfied and content. I can't stress enough how underrated this place is—I highly recommend giving it a try!

The waiter/owner of the restaurant was extremely kind and friendly. I ordered a non spicy beef noodle soup and xiao long bao. The hand cut noodles were especially chewy and the broth was rich in flavor and very authentic. The xiao long bao had a perfect texture, soft on the outside and juicy in the inside, nailing the flavors. Overall, I recommend this restaurant if you are looking for delicious, traditional, Chinese food.

This restaurant has good food. The problem with restaurant is when they get tour groups. There is only one server. That person runs around trying to rush every customer in and out. There is no where posted that this a cash only restaurant. They told us they do not accept credit cards and that we had to pay cash. We overheard another customer ask what credit cards that they accept. What if we did not have cash. We will no longer eat at this restaurant.

Fast, friendly service & delicious, feel-good dishes! The portions are generous, and it’s a great place to stop by if you’re shopping at the 99 Ranch next door! ?My partner & I got the legendary “lion’s head” meatballs—it was super fluffy, creamy, umami! It’s a must-try. ?We got three giant meatballs the size of my fist, smothered in veggies & delicious sauce. I wish I took pictures, but we ate them too quickly! We also got fried rice cakes with shepherd’s purse & pork, which remind me of my grandma’s cooking. This place has easily become my go-to place for authentic, comfort Chinese food!

Very good food. Xiao long bao were perfect. Potstickers, Hot and Sour Soup, Scallion Cakes, and Chow Mein were also excellent. If you are looking for an authentic noodle shop, try this one.
