Norms was a bit popular last night as several cast members from Disneyland stopped for a late meal after the Cast Member preview of the new parade. The one lady was working as fast as she could as she was the only waitress. There were 2 guys in the back cooking like crazy and when it would slow down a bit, one of them would hustle to bus the tables. I give all 3 of their employees high marks for taking care of us.

There really isn't anything wrong with Norm's, and at the same time, there isn't really anything amazing about it. It is similar food and vibe to the earth breakfast centric type chain restaurants with very little that makes it stand out.

Praise YAHUAH the LORD and His Son Yahusha HaMashiach Messiah Jesus Christ Always.Grabbed our steak orders to go and enjoyed them privately.Gumbo soup is 99.99% always good.Steak was bigger than I thought and the salad dressing was a bit lite and not very present on the salad but that's a personal opinion.

I have been a regular customer at this norms since I was a teenager and now a 38 year old man. I called the receptionist asking what the wait was and she said 20-30 minutes. So I said we are 15 minutes away can we just put our name on the list and we will check in when we arrive. They said no we aren't allowed to do that. Excuse me, but yes you can and should do that. What harm is gonna come if we happen to bounce and skip on our name on the list? You call us and we aren't there so you move on to the next. Because of this lack of care for customers I hung up on the girl and we went somewhere else that did this for us. This pissed me off though so I think I'm done coming here altogether. We are loyal customers and you can't help us out? Then don't enjoy our business then.

The vanilla milk shake just tastes like milk and the interior is some times dirty. I would not recommend this store but the service is ok

I ordered dinner for me and my boyfriend on Uber eats! I order the 6oz sirloin steak combo that came with tenders and French fries and a gumbo soup. My boyfriend got a chicken Cesar salad. Spent 48 dollars on this and was really disappointed! They forgot my fries the steak was smaller than 6 OZ’S and they didn’t give us anything to use to eat the food with! No forks, knives, or spoons. We ate with our hands and my bf had to order plastic forks and knives then lost his appetite after a few bites. The salad dressing was way too soupy and the gumbo tasted like cheaply made miso soup in a cup! The cut on the steak looked like they were in a rush even though the driver who picked up the food said they were understaffed? Understaffed and you give us garbage to eat? That’s pretty sad! Take your time and give what the customer orders even if it takes a little bit longer. Never ordering or eating from there again! I issued a complaint and it wasn’t even worth it? Spent 48 bucks and only got 2 bucks back?

Not gonna lie the food. Here is amazing, the moment you walk in you’re just in awe with how good the food is. There’s never a time where you can’t just indulging something as good as this place.

If I could I would have rated a 0. I brought my family here for Easter breakfast. BIG MISTAKE! Terrible service. It’s not bad enough that we had to keep asking for dinnerware(waitress said they were still washing them). But meals came out piece by piece. All this could have sufficed but when they started serving raw bacon I decided it was time to talk to the manager AGAIN! BEFORE THEY GOT SOMEONE SICK! I BELIEVE IT WAS THE COOK THAT CAME OUT INSTEAD BECAUSE HE HAD A PLASTIC APRON ON. Explains why this place is going down!

We had breakfast there. The food was fresh and delicious. We had great service. Our drinks were filled several times and our server was very professional and friendly. Our orders were exactly what we had asked for as well. It was a great experience.
