We are not from the area so we didn't know it was a ghost kitchen place but it was really startling when we got there and saw it was. We first called in to make an order, but then they directed us to buy online. Then we got there, there's no staff and no signs on the building. It looked like an industrial park or self storage. Nothing to let you know you're in the right place, just a kiosk to scan your email for your order and a locker that opens up with your food.We ordered the chicken noodle, beef noodle, and the grilled cold noodle. The chicken noodle was inedible. Absolutely disgusting. Tasted like how a chicken coop smells yet bland. Awful combination. Also, it was a few slivers of chicken that was close to its expiration and dirty and noodle had a few sprinkles of green onion. We couldn't eat the dish. Had to throw it awayBeef noodle was slightly better and edible, but lacked depth. Tasted like instant broth rather than boiling down of bones to create the richness of proper beef broth. Strong vinegar flavor. Same noodle set up with a sprinkle of green onion. Meat was like.... 5 pieces of thin sliced meat. It was really not enough meat.Grilled cold noodle was rubbery. Inside was stuffed with instant ramen and cheese and chicken. The chicken also tasted like it was on the verge of spoiling. Really disappointing and awful experience. Would give it 0 stars if we could

There is no freaking dining in option here. Don't be fooled coming to this location. You can only order online and pickup at this location. I wished they had stated this more clearly on the website. The food is probably slightly better than your average americanized-chinese food, but the quality is lost due to this is take out food, which means you cannot enjoy the dish directly after it left the wok, but only about 30 mins later after it's been delivered to this location, and you pick it up and bring it back to the hotel to consume. This is not how good chinese food is meant to be enjoyed. Such as waste.

Food was great, try a lot of different food in this place and Northeast sisters stand out from all of them. Take out only. Worth to try.

I went inside at the time the tracking indicated the order was ready. The tracking page instructions were not clear. Other patrons were scanming QR codes on their phones at the kiosk and lockers were opening. I did not receive a QR code in text, email, or the linked web page. I asked the person at the window and they took some time and came back saying wait 10 minutes. I waited at least another 20 minutes and had to keep going to the window to check for the attendant. The order was at least 30 minutes later than indicated. The food was satisfactory, but not really what I was expecting.

Man....Did u guys forget to salt ur food? And what happened to the garnishes? This is the first time I came to Anaheim Food Co. since I moved to Anaheim. I tried to place an order thru Ubereats but somehow it would not go thru. So I drove myself and placed the order @ the kiosk. I got the text in time. Food was wrapped well in a locker so I didn't think much and took it home. When I opened I realized the grilled noodle did not have any cilantro garnish. I am sure I did not ask for no cilantro since I love it. The noodle was ok and a bit oily. Slightly pricey for 6 pieces of basically pancake with an egg. The chicken noodle soup was completely bland. I think typical American food is way too salty and when I cook (I am a professional. Line cook and baker. Also ethnically Chinese and know my food) I always strive for elegant flavor without all that sodium. But this was like NO salt. And certainly NOT a rich thick satisfying chicken broth. Slivers of chicken meat on a big portion of plain noodle. I found probably 4 chopped green onion pieces. (I was so sad I forgot to take a pic). Ended up chopping my own cilantro and green onion. Please improve ur food. I am not sure why some people raved about the chicken noodle and that's why I ordered it. I don't know if I would venture to try the beef noodle ever.

It's the hidden gem! The grilled cold noodle tastes the same as the one in my home country and spicy mixed chicken shredded is very delicious. They open until 1am that perfect for me as a night person. I ordered online and it was ready in 10min! And glad to know that they have another location in Costa Mesa which is closer to me! Can't wait to try again!

Did a delivery for dinner. Cold noodle portion is way too small for the money I paid and the broth has no taste at all. They even put ice in the soup jar, not professional at all. As a Chinese from Northeast region, I’ve never seen dumplings served in the soup, not professional. My friend ordered the Spicy Hot Pot, looked good when he got it. But 80% of the ingredients is napa cabbage. Really bad experience. I’ll never order from this restaurant again. So disappointed.

The food wasn’t bad. I’d say a 7.5 out of 10 when it came to flavor and taste. But the “Build Your Own Hot Pot” was not worth the price. My hot pot had 5 items and it came out to $22. When you think hot pot you think a pot of food. The container was obviously not a pot size. It came in a container that was 70% full. The price for the amount of food is totally not worth it. You can get a huge pot of food for $21 dollars which would be almost triple the size of this.

I had a cold & my goodness there chicken noodle soup was literally the best thing ever I received it so warm and made me feel so much better, I also order a side spicy chicken shredded and didn't disappoint as well !Love this place !!

Avoid this place! I don’t even know it’s a pickup-only place until I get there. The taste and quality are a shame to the Chinese restaurant industry in LA.

Got this for takeout a week ago. Ordered the spicy hot pot and the grilled cold noodle. For the spicy hot pot, I had requested for one mild and another for medium spicy but there was no indication whatsoever on the containers. Both tasted equally as spicy so I don't know what the difference is. Spicy hot pot- honestly this is literally a huge bowl of Napa cabbage soaked in hot oil. The portion is huge but if you consider the quality of it, it's not worth the price they are asking for. From what I remembered, other than the mass pile of Napa cabbage, there was also seaweed knots(which I was not a fan of), 2 fish balls (which contained more flour than fish), some potato slices, oyster mushroom slices, sponge tofu(which had a weird taste to it), a few pieces of fish tofu, lotus root(which were still crunchy. Is it supposed to be like that?), fish sticks that literally disintegrated and small pieces of luncheon meat. The best thing in the entire bowl was the potato slices and luncheon meat. Everything else was meh. The ingredients aren't anything special at all. Because there were no markings on the containers I didn't know if I was actually eating a mild hot pot or not. Either way it was spicy. There was way too much chili oil in the bowl and the Napa soaked it all up. The soup reminded me slightly of Chinese hot and sour noodles, because I also saw pieces of peanuts in it. This is great for those who can take spice but I wouldn't recommend it to those who can't. Grilled cold noodles- I should have read the description carefully because the image is really misleading. Their image shows sausage inside the noodles but you don't actually get it unless you pay extra for it. You get 6 measly pieces of noodles with a scarce amount of eggs smeared with their "special" bbq sauce for $10. Sure, the sauce was pretty interesting and it was quite good, but it's not priced reasonably.

First time to visited here, I ordered online ahead, and they brought out the food to my car when it's ready, it's so convenient! This is a new model of restaurant, they only do takeout and delivery, which is a smart way. I love the grilled cold noodle with hot ramen inside, I like the spicy taste! Will come back tomorrow to try the spicy hot pot! it's a good idea to try their food if you are visiting Disneyland, they open until 1am and near to the hotel.
