In the food desert that is this part of Anaheim, Oasis Food Hall is like being handed a Dixie cup of water. It’s…fine? The food is definitely more varied and generally healthier than a lot of the nearby options, but it’s not a food hall in any sense I’ve experienced before. Ordering at the kiosk is impersonal. The seating situation is again fine, but not exactly appealing. The guy who brought out our food was nice and helpful. Overall, I won’t be going back, but it could have been a lot worse.

I walked in and neither of the 2 staff guy and girl that were flirting with eachother and both on there phones even greeted us and then my kids pointed out a huge cocroach on floor next to there ordering machine. That was enough for us and we walked out disgusted and confused which came to conclusion the 5 star reviews that we read and brought us here have to be paid reviews. Health Department should revisit this resturant.

You’re kidding, right? $15 for a basic burger with few toppings. I paid $26 for a burger and a drink and no sides. Wow, I wish I could get my money back.

I think I would try the tacos or nachos next time. I tried the grilled cheese and bacon sandwich and wished it was a little bit bigger, whereas my co-workers got the carnitas tacos and was loaded with toppings. I also had a half Caesar salad which was what I expected and fresh. I would come back, it's a good option for families and offers a variety of food.

My first time here today I ordered a burger and fries. Burger was one of the better ones I’ve had in a long time! Cool atmosphere connected to my hotel. I think the tall guy with tattoos made my burger. So shout out to him! Overall good vibes and good food ?
Fantastic option if you are at a conference or headed to Disneyland. Lots of options and all are quality food. We were at a conference and ate here three times. Should have skipped the box lunch at the conference and eaten here a fourth time.

We waited for 50 minutes for our walk-up, dine-in bowls. The staff was disorganized and overwhelmed. I watched one of our orders sit for 20 minutes on the counter before kindly asking them to check the name on the order that was sitting there. Food quality is ok, but the service was sub par.

Place your order online instead of ordering in store - They seem to prioritize that. Beware they also do all the room service for the hotel so this place is just entirely overloaded. I totally get having to wait as they were busy but being treated as a nuisance by the staff was frustrating. Ultimately had to wait 50+ minutes so make sure you have the time if you are gonna order here. Ultimately my order was just sitting there getting cold which was the most annoying part!
