I was part of a party of 5, 3 adults and 2 children.

1st issue was when they brought us to a bar counter island that was HIGHER than the 2 children. It came to their eyebrows.

2nd issue was when I asked for stools or a chair. Something so that my two kids can actually sit at the counter. Server said no. So my kids smacked their head TWICE on the counter that was EYEBROW LEVEL!

3rd issue was when a table cleared and we asked if could switch, so the kids could actually sit down and participate instead of being bored staring at a wall and floor. Server said no, that spot at the table was taken for a STROLLER! Not for a child in a stroller, nope it was an EMPTY STROLLER! They took the two chairs that my kid could use away to fit the EMPTY STROLLER.

4th issue was when the drinks were served. They placed glass drinks...on a table....that my kids could NOT REACH! I looked at the server and asked again...for stools or a chair or something. For the very obvious point of ....the counter being too high for children. Sever did not respond.

So, for those that have kids, let's make a math equation. Glass cups + Too high of a countertop + children bringing cups under the counter = Surprise, surprise, my kids dropped their GLASS CUP and it shattered on the floor.

5th issue was when I asked to talk to someone and the server said that the only way I can make a complaint is to have a phone app.

Why were a 5 yo and a 6yo given glass cups? Why couldn't they get a stool or chair to sit down on? Why was an empty stroller allowed to take up 3 chairs that had to be removed to fit the stroller?

Atmosphere was cool, drinks super overpriced for like 3 or 4 sips of liquid. Our server, Bridget was quite rude to us and made snarky comments most of the time. She refused to split our check and honestly my whole group felt uncomfortable with her serving our table and we did not leave liking our experience.

Workers are rude and they squeeze too many people in same table. Terrible for Disneyland service. Smells like stinky cheese inside too

Terrible customer service. Rude staff, hostess impatient, waiter was rude. Drinks were okay. Atmosphere was very cool. Was told my kid needed to sit on the floor against the wall. Just need better hospitality.

If I could give this place no stars, I absolutely would. I’ve been thinking about this experience for two weeks now because the staff was shockingly rude. From the people checking guests in, to the person seating us, to the server taking orders.

We waited in line for about 20–30 minutes and were finally seated in a booth. When the server arrived, I politely asked if we could move to the bar instead. He responded with, “Oh, you don’t want me?” and raised his hand at me while I was still speaking. I thought he was joking, so I followed him, assuming he was taking us to the bar. Instead, he abruptly turned around and said, “You need to go outside and ask for a different table.” I was floored.

I went back outside and asked if we could be seated near the bar. The host rolled her eyes at me and, with attitude, told me to “stand over there” until she called us. Eventually, we were taken to the bar. When I approached to order a drink, a family of three with a child was standing there. They had already gotten their drinks and stepped aside, so I moved forward. A staff member then tapped my shoulder and told us we needed to stand behind that family. I explained that no one had told us that, and asked how we were supposed to order. The staff member just glared at me and walked away.

The family even apologized and joked kindly about us taking their tiny space because they couldn’t believe they’d been made to stand at the bar with their child while we had been seated at a booth earlier. As we waited, we were repeatedly and rudely told to move out of the way. No servers seemed remotely interested in taking our order. When one finally approached, I asked for a menu, and he scoffed and pointed toward the counter: “It’s right there,” as if I was ridiculous for not knowing.

At that point, my friends and I decided we were done. We left without ordering anything as I was not in the mood to lower myself to their level and go off. We had wasted 45 minutes to an hour and were met with rude behavior at every turn. It was genuinely one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had.

The magic of Disney and kindness of cast members has extremely crumbled.

If I could give this zero stars I would.. the cast is SO RUDE. They seem bothered by anything you ask them. Idk if that’s their thing as far as that’s how their character is. But the audacity these people have in the way they speak to you is astounding.

This place is a VIBE! 2 drink limit per person with a great variety of beers, wines, and cocktails. There are also some small bites you can order. You definitely feel like you’re at a dive bar in Star Wars with the music pumping near a robot DJ. We ordered some pretzels with hot cheese to share and each enjoyed a bourbon smash styled specialty cocktail. It’s definitely worth the wait to get in, just keep in mind they really do cram as many people in as they can into the space so you will likely be sharing a table with strangers. Not a big deal for me at all but just something I thought I’d mention.

Horrible experience at this bar. They are really strict. The drinks are overpriced and are mostly juice. You are only allowed 2. You aren't allowed to move from your table. Waited for 30 mins for a beer. And they make u sit with strangers.

I would not recommend this place. The server came to our table and told us to leave to the exit if we didn’t like any of the drinks... He was trying to be funny but it was very rude. I would never recommend this place to anyone going to Disneyland. Our table of 7 left right way. Much better places to get a drink at than here.

Unfortunately that’s how from being amazing am unbelievable places go down to just fine. Before when they just opened they didn’t allow kids, which was start. The DJ is not blasting cool music like before for some reason. We coming to this bar since they opened and it’s not the same anymore. Drinks tastes the same tho no question here. It’s not cool and not fun anymore

Terrible prices, forced 24% gratuity which should be illegal and worst part, the worst hands down Bloody Mary I have ever had. What a terrible experience I wish I could get my money back.

This was a fun experience although it was Freezing inside! Two drink limit and 45 minute maximum. We were lucky to be walking by and they were accepting walkups without reservations. Yes, the drinks were pricey as expected, still worth the experience if you're a Star Wars fan!
