Horrible customer service experience.
I placed my order and the lady at the front handed 5 customers after me their orders. My order was ready before them and setting on the table looking at me and decided to just delay it for absolutely no reason or for a mood reason

I had a craving for Hawaiian style BBQ short ribs and Ono Hawaiian BBQ does not disappoint. 😛 Juicy, flavorful, a delight for the taste buds 😋 served with two scoops of rice and one scoop macaroni salad with steamed veggies completed my craving. Sated, my belly full, and my spirit renewed, aloha Ono Hawaiian BBQ until next I crave Hawaiian BBQ ☺️

Came here to the Anaheim location specifically for the Lilo and stitch kids meal to only find out that they no longer have them in stock but they still have them displayed as if they do so I said oh you should take them off of there. That’s false advertisement to which then they started to argue with me. I’m sorry I’m a restaurant manager and I’m not saying I’m right, but you shouldn’t have that out there if you don’t have anymore so then after that I continue to pay for my food almost $45 and drinks are included now excuse me do we know what the economy is today? Besides, the people that were attending the counter need to be better trained in customer service

Nothing irritates me more as a delivery driver than a restaurant who delays in handing over orders. It makes me not want to be a customer at the store and you are also hurting your customer who is waiting for their food. I saw the expediter grab the order but she still continued to bag other orders even though I had already been waiting 10 minutes past the promised pickup time.

If someone gets a mobile order or to-go order of chicken katsu. Put some katsu sauce in the bag..... common sense...
