P.F. Chang's

It was extremely overcrowded and packed. It took forever to get our drinks, and drinks didn't come until our appetizers came out 15 minutes later, maybe even 20 minutes. The server was great. I don't remember his name but he was very accommodating and aware of the wait time for food and drinks and made us feel better about it. Definitely wasn't his fault, he was good. Food was alright, we were starving and it didn't match what we expected when we made the reservation. Definitely disappointing food wise, but again server was great definitely not his fault!

Our Christmas Eve dinner was delicious and our server Mariah was super nice and attentive!

We were on our way to a holiday party the week before Christmas and stopped in the PF Chang’s in the Garden Walk for a couple drinks since we were early. We were dressed in festive outfits and walked into the bar looking to spread some holiday cheer and have a good time. We were not disappointed! We sat down and our bartender, Olivia, took our order for the first round of drinks. With our outfits, we were quite noticeable and several servers and even the manager came by to say hi and compliment us on our outfits. When Olivia asked us if we wanted a second round, my friends were a little hesitant on what to order next. Olivia offered us a fun drink that wasn’t on the menu. My friends had never heard of the drink before, but we trusted her recommendation and ordered a round of them. We all enjoyed our drinks very much. We really appreciated the amazing service. It was a great start to a fun night!

Fantastic atmosphere at Pfchangs Anaheim. We were promptly seated and server came over right after. We ordered chicken lettuce wraps, beef broccoli, sweet & sour chicken and chicken w/ broccoli. Everything we ordered was excellent and cooked perfectly. Service was amazing and we had an exceptional dining experience.

PF Chang's is always good and this location didn't disappoint. Was super quiet so didn't have to wait for a table which was nice. They had a dinner special which they don't have in Canada. $17.99 for appetizer and main course which is great. We had the egg drop soup with Mongolian beef, and the pork spring roll with teriyaki chicken. Everything was delicious and service really good. We found the portions to be a bit smaller but still plenty of food especially with small appetizers included.

Went here for my birthday dinner, and it was the worst experience EVER! We had a cold draft from the door, and the place was very loud. We sat and waited for quite a bit to be noticed by the server, then she came and took the order and vanished. We had to ask a manager for our check since she never came back. The food was good, but the entire night otherwise was awful, will never be back

Great experience at P.F. Chang’s. Marvin, the manager, provided outstanding customer service and really set the tone for the entire team. You can tell the staff works well together and genuinely cares about the guests. Everything felt smooth, welcoming, and professional. Definitely a place that values teamwork and customer experience.
