Note to management:Either have a conversation with staff, or just close the doors. A nearly empty dinning room at early dinner hours should not take 10+ minutes to seat guests. Only reason to do this is intentional slowing so staff can catch up, either kitchen or servers. Neither of which makes sense to a patron who may be purposely dinning early to avoid rushes, and see a wide open dinning room. PF Chang's food is fine, but even great food won't excuse lousy service. Guests obviously frustrated with this were leaving. 3 people at reception desk, near empty restaurant and slow seating!?.....none of this adds up. First time running front of the house?

First time ever at a PF Chang's. Food was mid, I had the Crispy Honey Chicken for entree. BBQ ribs for appetizer were good. Fried rice wasn't that good, definitely didn't taste as good as it does at hibachi places. Looked like there was miscommunication between customers and waiters. There also seemed like waiters were getting confused as to where the food went as the place got packed.

The Sesame Chicken had so much sauce that it was impossible to eat the noodles. The Mongolian Beef on Fried Rice was a disappointment as well. The beef was tough & tasted like beef jerky. The fried rice was tasteless.However, the Homemade Dumplings were very good. The Crab Wontons were super good as you could actually taste the crab meat in them. The Hot & Sour Soup was delicious. It was the best I have ever had anywhere.We didn’t eat 1/2 out meal it was so bad but didn’t complain or send food back because our waiter, Ethianne, was so kind & delightful! He was at our service providing us whatever we needed.

Food was terrible! I am celiac and egg free. ALL dishes are cooked in egg except 1 item. Son's kids meal was wrong and over cooked. When we left my son accidentally left his retainer at the table. 10 minutes later we go back and it's just gone. Nobody knew what happened to it sitting in the middle of table. Staff was NOT helpful. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION HORRIBLE!!!

The worst PF Changs we have ever had.The rice was crunchy, orange chicken dripping in sauce, broccoli brown and awful taste and a small white/Grey hair.

I ordered chicken pad thai for take out. The dish was devoid of flavor like the tamarind paste was left out. The chicken was also dry and bland. Overall, a dish made horribly. Perhaps the quality is lower at this location due to it's proximity to Disney.

My daughter ❤️ and family had a great experience, and the food was outstanding. The Mongolian Beef is definitely a go-to!!!! Parking in the adjacent parking lot is horrible though!

My husband called same day to make reservations for dinner. We relieved a confirmation text as well, once we arrived the two young hostesses couldn’t find our reservation. We showed them proof of phone call with that location and text message confirmation. They were not willing to make arrangements and said “We are booked and can put you on the list.” The one with the braces, brunette hair had no good customer service. She would laugh and kept going back and forth with us about not being able to do anything for our situation. We asked for a manager and she said “they’re going to say the same thing” while laughing and giving attitude. Once the manager arrived he confirmed that we did make reservations but somehow their system didn’t mark it. He was able to accommodate us right away and attended us throughout the night. On our way out we went to get our parking ticket validated and the same girls still remained with attitude and “explained” the ticket process with low tone and pretty much couldn’t understand a single word she was saying. Food is great but their hostesses need more training in customer service.Parking: Parking structure, tickets are validated for 2 hours

Came here Saturday March 9th to celebrate my 30th birthday with my family and it was a blasts! Our waitress Mike went ABOVE AND BEYOND for my entire experience and acted as a host , and problem solver the entire time ! He managed to keep my ballooons safe when they floated to the ceiling , he took amazing pictures with several angels of my birthday experience with my family, he made sure I felt special for my day and gave out cake ? with candles towards the end.he helped my family set up my table with all of my childhood pictures , lights, confetti , you name it! Will recommend Mike to anyone who wants a guaranteed 5 star experience! He didn’t once dwell off from my family he made sure we always had drinks , our food in a timely manner and we were having a great time. Thank you Mike for making my birthday special at a restaurant! Didn’t expect it to turn out so well! ❤️????????5 ?????. Hey bosses of P.F. Chang’s! If you’re reading this ; give Mike a raise and some praise!!! He did an amazing job!
