Panderia is Awesome. The neighborhood ruined by the slimy Public Health Nuisance Fernando and Denise Medina Water Heater Cook Off.
Prices have gone up more than double. I bought 4 conchas & 1 muffin it was $7.00. Sidenote. The tacos are flavorless and rushed
