Came to pick up an online order a few minutes ago. Was waiting for the person in front of me to be done ordering so I could ask for my online order. Cashier completely ignored me once she was done taking the order and instead proceeded to help the peon that had literally just arrived.

There’s this lady, her name is Surhent or Surent. This is the 2nd time I come and she gives me a bad attitude. There was a mistake in my order and when I told her, she rolled her eyes and gave attitude, she also sighed and rudley placed my plate almost as throwing. The first time was another day, she tried yelling at me because I asked to get chowmein and rice when she already only placed chowmein which I told earlier before that I wanted chowmein and rice. I wasn’t even being rude. I have never had a problem with the other employees. When we left I saw her through the windows still arguing about the situation with the manager.

We ordered delivery last night. We never get this type of quality food in Australia. Honestly it was the best Chinese food we’ve ever had. We loved the freshness of the vegetables in the meal. The staff should be proud of what they do
The portion sizes at this location is ridiculous. They give you a small amount for the expensive price we pay. I can go to a Chinese restaurant and get more food than this. I ordered 4 plates and they all had the small portion sizes. I paid over $50 and my family and I were still hungry after.

Good food and service was OK other than me short circuiting their brains when I asked for no rice or chow mein and to just double up my two items, even the manager seemed to have difficulty with that so I ended up ordering three items instead. My favorite item was the Beijing Beef.
