Walked in and wasn’t greeted with a “Hi. Welcome!” That was disappointing as it is a true Panda staple. Portions were solid, fresh food but avoid the fried rice, one of the worst i’ve had at Panda. The mein was solid.

People are walking in and making their orders and being checked out in front of me while I’m just standing here looking at my order on the shelf. Instead of simply just asking my name and handing the bag to me, the girl walks away and starts on someone else’s order
Had the gentleman not walked up to me after 10 minutes of standing there I would have made a scene because don’t you see all of us standing here

I order online and pick up at the store when I got home I was missing food, I ordered two bigger plates and ended up getting only one item per plate, I highly recommend everyone to check your food before leaving the store so you don't have to come back for your missing food, people here are so distracted they need to pay attention on their job
