Got a catered order and this location is fantastic! The food was hot and ready on time and extremely organized. Made pick up a breeze. The food itself also tasted fantastic. Will be back again!
Do not order from their food from GrubHub. I have ordered twice from them now. The order arrived late each time. Causing the food to be cold upon arrival. No longer ordering or eating here at all.

The one star is for the rude employee Kathy. She had no patience or customer service skills. There was a young lady trying to order a bowl bundle and Kathy was very rude telling her she couldn't order it in store only on the app. The woman tried telling her she couldn't only order it on the app. The woman tried telling her she tried but the app wouldn't allow her. Instead of trying to help the young woman with the app she told her the app wasn't working. The woman tried the app again and someone else tried helping her and it they figured it out. Kathy rolled her eyes and made noises in annoyance. I was very shocked with her behavior and thought I would leave a review. I think she needs a retraining on how to treat customers! Kathy needs to be taught how to have patience and be kind to people. It doesn't hurt to help people in need and to slow done especially when it isn't busy! It's only 10:45am....

It's teaming with everything great. It's basically Disneyland sprinkling it's magic elsewhere. The social vibe is more than uppity and everyone just gets along. Again, it's Disneyland just rubbing off on the nearby area. I never disliked ?, the taste is refined because of the ingredients and care that goes into cooking it. I know most of the ingredients are fresh and prepared correctly because I used to package them and send them out to Panda Express stores. Taste is everything. Panda's got it.

I want to see the guy that was cleaning the lobby on Sunday at 7:26 was doing a great job, and was very warm and welcoming. Food the crispy hot shrimp was really dry and hard. It was Sunday so it was a little busier ambience but yet still going to bring a big crowd

Never coming back to this location, they skimped on the food portion (i got half a scoop of bejing beef, 3 pieces), and I had mostly veggies with barely any meat and the workers seemed so stressed out. I felt like the cashier was going to have a panic attack at any moment. Need better training.

Shout out to Maria for messing up our order, and then blaming my boyfriend (the customer) for her own mistake when he clearly stated what he wanted! He ordered two plates, one with half chow mein and half fried rice and the other with half fried rice and half veggies. She ended up getting half veggies for both plates. When my boyfriend told her that wasn't what he asked for, she had the audacity to rudely insist that it was, then handed the plates to her manager without even bothering to fix it LOL! The manager didn't even say anything despite witnessing what happened. I'm never ordering from here again, I would definitely recommend getting your Panda Express at another nearby location because apparently at this one, the customer is always wrong!
