I go here a lot and today they tried to upcharge me for the same 1 item I always get. When I mentioned they were charging me incorrectly, she took my plate and removed pieces of chicken. It’s honestly dumbfounding ridiculous how stingy they are for cheap tasting orange chicken and more veggie than chow mein noodles. The only reason I used to come here was because it was close to home, it’s honestly not worth the convenience.

Hitt or miss sometimes... old expired dried chicken. Half of the orange chicken was just batter. Such a ripoff.
I had a very frustrating experience while picking up an Uber Eats order from this restaurant. I approached the front counter and politely asked for the order. The staff member I spoke to (an Asian woman) told me to wait. While I waited, she and other employees began speaking in Mandarin and glancing at me, which made me feel very uncomfortable and singled out.
Eventually, she told me quite rudely that someone else had already picked up the order. I immediately contacted the customer, who confirmed that no one had received anything. At that point, I had no choice but to cancel the delivery, which wasted both my time and gas.
I can’t help but feel that I was treated unfairly, possibly due to my background as a young Latino. It felt discriminatory, and regardless of intent, the experience was disrespectful and unprofessional.
On top of that, the restaurant didn’t appear clean. I noticed bugs on the walls, which is especially concerning for a food establishment.
There are plenty of cleaner, more respectful places to eat or work with. I strongly recommend going elsewhere.

I know this place for more than 20 years but lately the food it turns ugly broccoli overcooked soft nasty. No refills on sodas anymore when every Chinese restaurant offers free refills on soda , they give me only 1 piece of soy sauce,2 sheets of napkins, never come back here again. Cheap restaurant and service.
