We ordered online and drove to this Packing District location to pick up our food at the time we were told. When we got there, the workers had no idea about our order. Service was okay since it was rushed at this point. Observed that two workers were not wearing their masks properly (nose showing) or took off their masks before making coffee.

I used to come pre-rona. It has always been good. The Food is Good, not Great, not Poor, just middletastic. The service has usually been decent, but now post-rona the service sucks. The girl I dealt with today, glasses and braids. Absolutely clueless and rude. Did not at all greet me, when I asked for Nutella FrechToast, she had no idea what I was talking about. She paused and said"uuuuuhmmm nutella frenchtoast I don't think we have that", as the large sign with frenchtoast printed on it hung above her head. I asked if she was sure they were out of french toast, she turned to her coworker to ask. Her coworker seemed frustrated, I would be too, ohhh thats right I WAS.She explained that they did have french toast and nutella french toast is the same thing just with Nutella. Obviously.I asked for the order to be to go twice. She still didnt box them so I had to ask a third time. She rolled her eyes. I said thank you after she finally acknowledged me (aka the eye roll). She ignored it and just slapped my boxes down. She did not even offer a bag or anything. I told her to have a good day, and she totally ignored it and sighed. The service was S**** Entirely unprofessional.

The treats were tasty my kids enjoyed the macaroons and they are made with a perfect crisp outside and soft chewy filling also a great price. Croissants were fire as well very soft buttery and flaky!

Their croissants are OUT OF THIS WORLD! SO delicious and just like those in Paris! The gelato is okay and a little too artificial and sweet but the croissants make up for that!I highly recommend the chocolate croissant or the regular croissant!

This is one of the places that opens up earlier in the Anaheim Packing District. It's a great place for breakfast/brunch. Here is a breakdown of the ratings:Seating: Plenty of tables and seats outdoors on the patio, which was relatively clean when I was there in the morning. (For COVID times, these seats are not spaced very far apart, but at least it's totally outdoors.) -4 starsFood: The green tea was average but the panini was very delicious. The bread was toasted crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Overall, the panini was flavorful. -5 starsCustomer Service: I was incorrectly charged for the order of fries, which I only realized after I left. I get it, mistakes can happen. Throughout the day, however, I called the store several times, but could not reach them as no one picked up no matter what time it was and even though they were open. I also emailed Pandor through their online form but it's been over two weeks and no response has been forthcoming. While the incorrect charge is not huge, it definitely leaves an unpleasant taste, especially as there has been no response to my attempts to contact them. - 1 star If purely based on food alone, I'd visit again. If based on customer service, probably would put as my last choice here.

I ordered on DoorDash and it took almost 2 hrs to get It because they were out of so many things. They didn't have the Via Havana sandwich no fries for the sides no vanilla cream filled or cinnamon sugar donuts. I told them to sub the fries for salad and The Godfather sandwich for the Havana. Well I only got one side and the sandwich had only Prosciutto. Missing mortadella, salami, ham, cappucola and provolone so basically everything. The bread was like not like the pictures it was lacking in color almost white. There was so much dressing on my side salad and wasn't separated so the dressing seeped onto the other sandwich. Bread was all soggy. I also ordered the Turkey and Brie. Tons of mayonnaise. I got two ends of a tomato. Tons of thick onions very sloppily made. Also didn't get my Baguette. Only thing right and decent were the ham and cheese croissants.They were new to DoorDash so I thought I would give it a try cuz I'm a s***** for good bread. Needless to say I won't be ordering from them again. Definitely not the quality considering the price charged.
Surely a place worth stopping by, the food is fantastic and fresh, the pricing is reasonable and it is consistently well kept in here. Fantastic work.

My experience here is short and underwhelming. I check on yelp it says open at 9am. I called at least 5x. I look on google it says open at 10. So i was like okay i can wait. 10am comes around. No answer! I see i can do a takeout order on yelp with a 1030pickup. I decide to go there and it's a GHOST TOWN. i was so upset because i was waiting so long and there's nothing about this location being closed on yelp or google or their social media. i'm just happy i was able to place an order at the ORANGE location. it literally says you had just updated your hours. maybe it's time to do it again.

This restaurant is my preferable place. Of all restaurants I know I like it most. I never miss an opportunity to go to visit this restaurant. Whenever I I need a good meal, this place comes first to my head. outstanding and varied food and a rich menu.helpful staff, and agreeable vibes. In addition to that, the expence is fair. I recommend this place with pleasure.

I come here for only one thing, it is for their rustic baguette. You don't know a good baguette until you try one of them. You literally can just eat it by itself since there is flavor. It reminds me of my trip to Paris of where the exterior is crunchy yet the inside is soft. The sad regret is that I wish this location was closer to me and since the bread doesn't use preservatives you have to remember to finish it off quickly like a day or two. They also serve desserts and meals but I leave that review for my fellow Yelpers such as you.
