I have been here a couple of times, since I live close by. Every time I order mobile pick up, items are forgotten, or I'm given the wrong item.

Typical Panera restaurant. I had the broccoli cheese bowl. The soup was perfect but the bread was super hard. Staff is very friendly.

This is located right across the street from Disneyland and inside it could look better, along with homeless people in the restroom and the condition of the restroom is horrible!!!

This has been the best Panera bread I’ve been to in a very long time establishment was clean, friendly, and the food was exquisite. I ate there the whole time I stayed in Anaheim. Thank you so much for awesome service. Y’all will be missed and I hope to see you allsoon.

A great option across the street of Disneyland Resort.
Solid food and drink options at reasonable prices.
The dining area is clean and relaxing. A good option to take a break from all the chaos across the street.
Staff is friendly and welcoming.
My go to spot with staying at the resort.
Be sure to sign up for their app and membership, it pays for itself with the first two cups.

Manager and coworker were talking bad about myself when I came up to the counter. I approached the counter because I noticed my grilled cheese came out. They told me they were waiting on the rest of my order. The grilled cheese was not grilled. The bread was cold. The cheese was slightly melted. I touched it to see what was going on. Manager says, well none we are going to have to completely remake it because you put your hands on it. Never got a sorry, or my apologies. She was argue with me. I took my Mac and cheese to the table. Came back to the manager and other employee talking badly about me. I said you know what, give me a refund. Refund took 10 minutes. Which I never even got. She couldn't figure out how to print the refund off. She continued to have a horrible attitude.
My attitude wasn't the greatest either. I've never had a manager and an employee at an establishment talk badly to me. Plus keep at it after I decided to get a refund. The attitude continued until we left.

Don't make me order on your tablets if they aren't going to function properly. It wanted me to put the number on the pager. There was no number on the pager. It had a card reader error both swiping and inserting with two different cards.
sandwich was so poorer compared with price.
