I bought a half salad and a half sandwich and they each cost $10.99. Definitely not worth the money.

Ran out of apples and the type of bread used for the BBQ chicken sandwich. $17 for a small half BBQ chicken sandwich with barely any chicken on it and half filled cup of chicken noodle soup with just broth. That's an expensive bread sandwich. Garbage.

No oat milk. Only nondairy milk is almond. Also no clear labels about what items have which allergens.

Two identical bowls of soup ordered, and one had 50% less in it. Bathrooms were disgusting - every toilet wax seal broken so toilets offset and each had a brown ring of feces/urine around the base. Will not return.

I paid $19.00 for a sandwich that hardly had any chicken on it, I won't be wasting my money here again.

The staff was very rude and the the food was stale. It took an extremely long time to get food.

Get ready to be skimped out. Ordered a full Caesar salad. Received a half salad in a full salad bowl. The salad was 1/4 of the size of the plate. Very disappointed. Spent a little over 100 dollars on 4 salads 1 sandwich and dessert. Sand which portion was ok. Dessert was delicious. But man that salad was so skimpy from everything to the 4 croutons to the 5 thin pieces of chicken. I’ve been to plenty Panera breads and this one definitely has the smallest portions I’ve ever seen. I can’t imagine what the half order looks like.

At a recent trip to Disneyland, we opted to get food from Panera and take it back to our hotel. It sucked. They only use a kiosk, do not take cash and the food was literally a salad on a sandwich. It ended up in the trash, thank goodness for the cookies and sodas we had from other places, we would have starved. I'll take our local Panera locations any day,

Paid $30 for stale bagels. You literally get softer, better bagels from Walmart. At least the orange scone was good.

Front staff tried to make it right, when I brought them back she felt around (gloved) in the bagel baskets to find the softest ones, which were only marginally better than the rocks they gave me initially. Nobody in my family would eat them except my garbage disposal of a 5 year old, but he eats dirt so….

Just don’t get bagels at this location. They either don’t make them fresh or they suck at making them. (Ordered at 8:30 AM)

The dining room was not welcoming with all the dishes containers full to the top. The homeless people just taking space in some corners. Food was not good compared to other paneras. Bread was served cold

Great experience using the kiosk yesterday. Today husband ordered at the counter and they messed it up completely. He ordered a breakfast sandwich with extra sausage and no sauce. They misheard and entered no sausage. He told them no, I want extra sausage, no sauce. She said okay fixed it. When he got back to the hotel he had no sausage and sauce. No time to fix it because we are going to the airport. Lesson learned. Always use the kiosk so you can see what you’re getting!

From what they show you in the picture and what you actually get is way smaller and it's kind of crazy. The portions are so small for what you're paying. They'll show you a picture of a decent looking sandwich and it's like half a sandwich cut down the middle...

We dined here a couple of times and really enjoyed the sandwiches and soup. It’s a quick and easy meal, perfect for takeout or dining in. The service was good, and the prices are reasonable. I especially loved the broccoli cheddar soup! Overall, a great spot for a satisfying meal.
