If I only experienced the happy host named Akin who went above and beyond to make me feel seen and cared for I would give 10 stars. He brought my food to me without me asking and was juzt friendly welcoming kind and authentic. The other guy was cleaning and very couteos and respectful being a single white female eating alone. I was there about 30 min and Akin and I had a small exchange of kindness as he was cleaning up the counters at the trash area and after he walked back behind the counter. I think she was a manager. She was staring at me and heard her say in tone Whose that? Ofcourse was making an awkard scene for the atmosphere. Made me feel unwelcomed and disrespected as a customer to ask whose that after buying dinner as a single white female.

So I have to give it 3 stars. I stayed only for a few more minutes when I realized the manager was wanting Akins caring energy for herself and not customers. So sad to see the scenero and probably will think twice about spending my money there. Any business who has Akin in the front will do well as long as the female staff members especially the manager get jealous of his high standard of service and joyfull personality and throughout work ethic.

Amazing service!!! I made a rapid pick-up order and was unable to pick it up in time. I spoke to the manager, Jennifer- and she accommodated me to allow me to pick up the order I paid for the next day. I am happy I was still able to pick up the order I paid for 🥰 Thank you Panera!!!

I went here for breakfast today. This store was clean welcoming and checked all the boxes for a great restaurant. Aiken took my order. He we warm and efficient. At the end of my meal, he helped me clear the table too. I was impressed that he remembered regulars and treated them with respect. The chefs were super helpful too. They got my salad order correct and were able to recommend which steak sandwich was similar to Panera's former menu. Also, I got the last loaf of sourdough, and the servers were very careful to give me the thickness of bread that I had wanted. EVERYONE on the team, went the extra mile to help me and the group I was with that morning. My friends and I come here once a month. We love it so much. Thank you, Panera, for hiring such a fine staff.

I don’t understand all the criticism towards Panera recently. I think the food is delicious, mostly. The vibe is warm and comfortable for dinner. Lots of seating. Usually empty unfortunately. Always out of bread bowls and several other items by the end of the day. If you get the right thing, you’ll be very pleased. I usually get a ‘you pick two’ with a sandwich and a soup or mac. Super good and I’m sad to see this place fall off.

Unfortunately Panera Bread is not what it’s used to be.
Their bagels are not good, they provide a low quality cream cheese and coffee was bleak.
Very warm inside, they apparently trying to save on air conditioning
We were told to warm our pastry ourselves using a microwave under the coffee counter.
Inside the microwave is dirty with some spilled food from before I don’t know from how long ago. Clearly cleanliness is not a priority any more.

Showed up at 6am on a Saturday, and they weren't open. There were employees inside, and no one came out to explain the delay. Waited 10 minutes and they still weren't open, so I left.

They prioritize mobile orders and kiosk orders over those who wait in line when it comes to the more limited foods in the bakery. They also forgot items in our order and we had to show them the receipt and remind them so we could get all of our food. The benches in the booth were also broken and I almost slipped off. Definitely not worth it for almost $40 for two people when one only got a scone and a souffle and the other foot a salad.

The Hunger Games Waited in line 10 minutes. Asked cashier to hang on to the last souffle for me since group in front of me was taking a while. And I was next. She agreed. Then somebody jumped on the kiosk and bought it. I told cashier that was not fair. She said too bad.
Because the kiosk paid first. So she gave the food away. The kiosk should not take precedent over guests in line. Ultimately, this was resolved due to nice guest that agreed to exchange. But it ruined a nice experience. I did not go to Panera expecting to have to fight for food.

$16 for 1 deli slice of meat, 1 deli slice of cheese with a toothpick sized piece of bacon. Outrageously over priced for utter crap food. Don't bother. I can get a gourmet burger for $14 that's 5 times the meal this nasty crap was. Avoid unless starving and you poop gold out your butt.

Good thing I wasn't in a hurry to get back to work. Practically every table that wasn't occupied was dirty, along with the floors. Sixteen dollars for a sandwich and bottled water.
