Panera - Anaheim Hills location. Extremely unprofessional! My take out order was completely different from what I ordered/paid for. (lesser value) When I called the store, the manager refused to come to the phone. I called back and was hung up on repeatedly. I WILL be calling corporate to report this. I will never do business there again.

I was at this location last Wednesday, and my wallet was stolen. I didn't realize it was gone until I received an alert from my bank that there were 3 transactions attempted on my debit and credit card. They do have cameras & I asked to view them. The GM is the only one that can, & would be in the next day. I spoke with her, & she said she would review the video, & call me back. It is now the following Monday, & I never received a call. I realize I will never get my wallet back. I just expected some common curtesy to at least call me back to let me know what was on the video.

Almost always a seat available here. Most people get their food to go but we enjoy sitting here and dining in while the food is hot.Tables are always clean and it’s a great place to come sit and use their wifi to get work done. It’s usually nice and quiet in here so I’ve dined in and worked for awhile.Downfall and I know it’s not this locations spot but the food is pricey. $42 for 2 small sandwiches and a tiny bowl of Mac and cheese is a little absurd. It’s not filling. Panera is getting a little out of hand with their pricing

$36 for two meals and you do the ordering on a tablet. No one to talk to or ask questions you don't even see anyone who works at Panera until your food comes out of small window that you have to go up and grab? No thanks

Hate the machines where you need to put in your own order. Extremely confusing, which gives me anxiety. This location also always has the thermostat at freezing temperatures, where my friend and I got to the point that we jokingly said they were icicles growing on our noses. Other than that, food is very good. Just make sure to be prepared to put your own orders in, and wear a parka, gloves, scarf, boots, and a beanie when going to this restaurant.

$16 for a cold turkey sandwich. WOW! I could have bought a whole loaf, deli turkey, lettuce and had enough to make 12 sandwiches at that price! No cheese. Lots of mayo!!! Final cost with a regular Pepsi $20.49 for ONE sandwich and ONE soda ?!!!! I never got called or mobile alert that my order was ready. The woman, perhaps she was the manager, completely ignored me. If her paycheck was customer review based, then she'd move the customers. Without customers there's no business or income. Terrible customer service after ordering. The young ladies working the order/registers were friendly.

Absolutely the worst service I have ever received at a restaurant before. The location locked their doors over an hour before their stated closing time. I placed an order for pickup through the app and was unable to receive it until banging on the door for 10 minutes. The staff and manager were so rude. Do not go to this location. Hope they go out of business.

It was a horrendous experience at this location. There was a man occupying two tables which were very messy. His kid started playing with mine and after a while she started taking pictures of my kid on her phone. My wife approached the man to ask her politely to delete the pictures from his daughter's phone but he got mad at her and started blabbering. Upon telling the workers about this no one took any action. We had to leave without finishing our food. The mess that was created by this man was not cleaned as well. I have seen these kinds of people at this location a couple other times as well. I am definitely not coming over to this place again.

I don’t recommend coming here at night. The hours say they close at 9pm and they had almost everything put away at 8pm and the service was horrible. The girl that took our order was in a rush and rude. Then, when we got our soup and Mac and cheese it was literally cold. I asked them to warm it up and they sent me to a microwave on the floor. Wow!In addition, as I’m sitting and eating my food, another little boy ordered Mac and cheese and the same thing happened to him. So, then one of the workers at 8:30pm says, “we should just close the doors.” So rude!
