The night shift seems like they are high and move slow as a sloth how long does it take to give me a bread bowl? Service is not how it used to be. Very rude worker and they just talk to their coworkers and don’t seem to work or get the order right. Do better and also why only a half a cup of soup why not fill it especially for the price

I placed an order for 18 bagels on Wednesday at 1pm for them to be picked up on Friday at 3pm. On Friday at 3pm the bagels I ordered were not available. Unacceptable! Why did I place an order if they don't pay attention?!?! Very upset about this

Haven't been in a really long time. I was intrigued by the pick 2 so I asked what it was. She let me know it's any two items on the menu. I picked a half salad and sandwich which I didn't realize was $9 each so a total of $20. The bottom of my sandwich bread was soggy but the rest of the food was good. You also get chips, bread or an apple as a side. I also put in my phone number and she let me know I had a reward for a free bakery item. Overall a good experience as I needed somewhere to eat and take a zoom call.

The food is quite the deal!, I love the new menu options. Service is amazing I never had problems. The staff cook your food promptly and they always have a smile on there faces. The amp temps here is chill
I have not eaten at Panera for approx 2yrs due to small portions and high prices. Their breakfast sandwich sausage bagel w/aoli is fire!!

Honestly can’t believe Panera is even still in business. If people believe they don’t get good value for their money at Chipotle anymore, they haven’t been to Panera in the past 4 years. How they can get away with selling a rather small cup of soup and “half” sandwich (more like 3 bites) for $15 is beyond me. Not sure why I have them another shot today, but once again I left hungry, disappointed, and thoroughly upset I just blew $15.

Food was nasty waited 10min till someone call to help at cashier. Order was wrong . The tables were full of homeless floor was dirty and the tables as well. Felt unsafe with the family.

The food was good and the service was nice. The only thing I highly recommend is for the bathrooms to be cleaned daily and more than once during the day/night. Sad to share this but there were feces on one of the women’s stall door handles that my mom saw and decided to not use the restroom. Also the men’s bathroom has feces next to the toilet paper on the wall. Please keep it clean.
