I visit supply chain restaurants only when there's a coupon or promotion I can't deny. Other than that, I hate visiting supply chain restaurants. Service has deeply depreciated and prices have ridiculously increased. Not just Panera, but everywhere.
I've enjoyed their Broccoli Cheddar soup in a bread bowl and mac n cheese. Their bakery items are also delicious. Since prices have gone up, I rarely visited until recently. The app offers coupons and promotions that can be redeemed either in store or online only.
I started trying their espresso beverages. Although it may sound appealing, the taste is honestly disappointing. So far, I tried their seasonal Creme Brulee Latte and core Madagascar Vanilla Latte. Their drinks are simply not good. The espresso shots are weak and watered down. The milk and syrups are stronger than the coffee itself.
This location is actually nice and clean. There's indoor and outdoor seating. I noticed there's more older people dining at Panera now. It's quiet inside, so you can get some work down or have a conversation with friends & family.
Skip the espresso beverages, but stay for the pastries and hot entrees. Make sure to download the app and take advantage of their coupons/promotions. Regular prices aren't worth it.

Quick drive through. We live their French onion soup. I did try the Mediterranean chicken salad as a 2 for 2 special. It was fine, but not as good as I had hoped.

I came at 5 pm and ordered a soup the lady with the bony tail grabbed the bowl and cleaned it with her bare hand and then put the soup in it. That is some hygiene issue that need to be discussed. For sure never coming back to this location

The staff was unfriendly, especially after the kiosk repeatedly refused payment despite four attempts. The employee seemed annoyed and reluctant to take our order, though she felt obliged to do so. We ordered a pesto chicken sandwich with chicken soup, a French dipper with squash soup, and two cookies for $50, which we took to go. We should have checked the order before leaving, but we didn’t. Once at the hotel, we realized they had given us the wrong sandwich and forgot the cookies. My husband was furious. Since it wasn’t busy, there was no excuse for this error. We had to return to correct it. It's unacceptable that even a place like Panera Bread can provide such poor service. This experience was extremely frustrating.
Super expensive for hospital cafeteria food.

Never went inside. Went through the drive thru for an awful experience. What I saw was a hevys et woman playing with her phone for literally five minutes while my food was sitting there ready to be bagged. Totally unprofessional a. Monday 09/29/25 at 7:50 am. Yes she apologized for the delay, but it was all caused by her and her manager who was nowhere to stop her from using her phone. This place isn't worth the wait.

Lots of crazy ppl if you dine in. Sad. Transients sitting at the table talking to themselves. Feel bad for the employees. Some of the employees fear for their safety.

The drink subscription is a great deal! Once in a while, it’ll offer you a $2 pastry of your choice. The Kitchen Sink cookie is the BEST!! For $2, it’s a super deal!

Clean and friendly. Kitchen staff laughing while making orders and enjoying their work. Always a good sign of goo management and company when see that.
I have lots of allergies! A protein found in lots of foods. The manager came out and when through choice with me that I could eat. Their computer sucks very up to date with ingredients and can search for a certain allergy in a food item! She ensured the space my order was being made was cleaned first! I could watch and see through the area that goes to the kitchen. Anyone with concerns can actually watch their order be made.
I appreciate the friendly service and help to ensure what I ate was allergy friendly. And the food was very good and fresh.
