They have terrible service. You ask for things they say they have it. And when you get to the window, they say they're out of it. Their website is horrible. I don't know how they're still in business. But this location is the worst ever always out. Decent Panera. Didn't like the signs everywhere limiting time allowed in the store. I'm sure it's for a reason but that's what I like about Panera is the relaxed, sit awhile atmosphere at most locations.

They put my food in bag instead of on a plate. If you're white they will give you a plate, but if you're not, you might want to ask for one if you want to eat there.

Welp, not sure why this Panera scored so low but I had no issues with it. We used the tablet to order and it was nice that there were pictures of everything. Food came out relatively quick and we got to eating. Place was clean and plenty of seating available. The food was excellent as well and I had my picky eater with me also and the lil man loved the mac n cheese here. Yea, come on down

11:15am 12/6/23, I attempted to order from the kiosk since the cashier stepped in the back. The only bagels available were Blueberry or Chocolate Chip. The kiosk menu showed the bagels were out of stock. When the cashier returned, I was advised that they had to show out of stock, because they were low. I sat at a table to wait for the buzzer device to alert that my bagel was ready. After several minutes, I went to back kitchen window to inquire and there sat my bagel getting cold. The week before, I arrived to order my coffee and bagel at approximately the same time in the morning to see only two Cinnamon Crunch bagels available. I ordered one and the delivery went accordingly, but it looked like it had fallen on the floor before it made my plate.
I was going to give this location a better rating until as I was about to leave, 2 female employees came out and their banged up pick up car blocked me from leaving. I gave a light honk for the driver to be a decent human being and move up so I could leave. Instead the rude driver stayed put and did not even move up a centimeter. Additionally, the equally 2 rude employees just stared at me and did not bother to motion to their driver to move up. Considering how they behaved says it all. To those employees, you don't represent Panera well behaving selfishly like this. Perhaps this is why the rating is so extremely low at this location. That attitude likely permeates to your service. Thanks for the negative final impression.

This is a kids sandwich at Panera you can't tell but I'm holding the wrapper up and the bread is stuck to the paper. The yogurt had a long black hair in it. They also threw my side of bread bare with no wrapper. Is this normal for this location?
