I always make it a point to order directly from this Papa John’s location to support local business rather than using third-party delivery services. Today, I decided to try using their app. I was charged, but the app gave me an error message saying my info was incorrect.

When I called the store for help, I expected understanding and good customer service—but instead, I spoke with a young manager who seemed overwhelmed and unhelpful. He kept repeating the same scripted response and offered no real assistance.

I even reached out to app support with screenshots showing the charge on my bank account, but still got nowhere.

It’s disappointing to see such poor accountability and lack of care, especially from someone in a management position. I feel completely disrespected and dismissed.

To anyone thinking about ordering from this location—do yourself a favor and drive to a different one. You deserve better. Shame on you, Papa John’s

If you’re into mystery pizza—where you order one thing and get whatever the kitchen felt like tossing in the box—this place is a goldmine. Every visit is a surprise, just never a good one. The staff acts like you're ruining their day by asking for the food you actually paid for. Aggressive, clueless, and somehow proud of it. Honestly, it’s almost impressive how consistently bad they are. Almost.

This is great papa John’s location.
Food was always fresh. Staffs so friendly.
They always smile at me when I pick up pizza. Even they ask if I need plates utensils etc.
This recommend this papa John’s location to have great pizza with good service

We had a take out order and when we got home, the order was incorrect. We had several toppings and they only put cheese on it. Called the store and they said we had to return it to store to have it verified and if it was true, they would make another one. In other words, the only thing they would do to fix their mistake was making a new pizza. I asked for a refund and was told they couldn’t do it because not verify what I was saying. I offered to send a video/pic, still denied. They offered a quality control credit for the future but didn’t offered any code to redeem it, even after asking for one. But you get what you pay for, right?

I called to place an order. They put me on hold, and I never came back to take my order. Poor Poor customer service. My family wanted to try the shaquille O'neal pizza. We were gonna order three of them. 😞 :(

Made an online order. Tracker said food would be delivered in approximately 45 minutes. An hour later, pizza is finally out for delivery. Now, the pizza has been shown out to be delivered for 30 minutes. At the time of this review, food has still NOT been delivered.

About 2 weeks ago this store double charged me according to my bank alerts it took 2 calls to my bank & 5 days of waiting for the extra charge to go away. Tonight I tried to order but it wouldn’t accept my card info, tried twice & it still didn’t accept. So I cleared my “cart” closed the app & ordered food from somewhere else. Then I get 2 alerts from my bank about 2 separate $57.00 charges to my account from this location, & while I called to see why & make sure they weren’t making the order(s) & see why the charge(s) I was hung up on before I was finished trying to get complete info. Now I have to waste my time AGAIN to try & clear w/my bank.
I will never, I repeat NEVER order from Papa John’s again & would urge caution if you do.

Ordered two pizza at 312pm at 515pm I called to check on my order..I noticed a text message"pizza outside" at 426pm...no knock on the door or doorbell..he just left it..called the store some young kid who said he was a manger..I told him what happened and that pizza was burnt plus set outside for an hour in 100 heat..he offered to come back across town and pickupthe pizzas and he would give me a refund...that was standard policy..he was rude and didn't care and basically to me oh well there was nothing he could do and hung up...0 stars but I was required to put one

We tried calling this location only to get put on hold then after waiting for 5 minutes got hung up on. Tried calling again right after only for the same to happen. DECIDED TO GO WITH PIZZA HUT!! THANK YOU!
