For a place that says that they’re all about the toppings saying I’m underwhelmed would be an understatement. There was barely any sauce or cheese. The one topping I did get was cutting into little tiny strips and sparingly thrown around. This is also a place that charges more than many others (I’m assuming that’s the massive amount of toppings I didn’t get). My bill for 1 large pizza with 4 toppings, 1 medium with 1 topping and boneless chicken wings would have been $79.00 (thankfully I had a coupon so it was less, but I’m also wondering if that’s why the toppings, sauce and cheese was such a nonexistent situation). I’m disappointed to say the least, considering I hadn’t had them in a long time and decided to try them again. I will not make that mistake again.

They have some really good epic garlic pizza. Great customer service and very quick.
There was very little cheese on my pizza and I tried to microwave it to loosen the little cheese that was on there but still I did not get ANY cheese pulls like I had expected from the good old days... the staff here is very quick and friendly

I have been coming here about once a week for the past four months and our order has always been ready in 10 to 15 minutes. The pizza is always hot and made with the right amount of sauce cheese and cooked very well with nice crispy crust but yet not overdone.

This pizza was bad. We ended up throwing away two-thirds of it, and we only ate the first third because we were hungry. The dough was very undercooked to the point of bordering on raw. The only silver lining to this was that we had a coupon, so I didn't pay full price for this abomination of a pizza.

I guess I'm one of the lucky ones... this location always does awesome for me. I use the app to order and am about 50/50 split between pickup or delivery. 9 out of 10 times I get my order much quicker than expected and it's always right (I have picky kids with weird orders). The only complaint I have is I HATE how we cannot call the store direct anymore. I refuse to use their call center, it's beyond annoying. This is Papa John's issue, not this locations fault. Hopefully they correct this in the future, for now the app is the way to go.

One of the worst Papa John's ever! I've ordered from here probably three times in the past 2 years and they've messed up two out of three times. Today, I ordered a regular pizza with bacon strips... looks like I ended up with a thin crust well-done pizza with bacon bits instead.
Good pizza , they will lesson to your special instruction to bake your pizza the way you like it.

Ball bags all. Waited forever for our delivery, only to find out they cancelled it. Had me call the store, who switched me to customer service, who told me to call the store. Meanwhile, we starved. First and LAST time we try Papa John's.

2 hrs for a pizza and they get the order wrong? Weak. I get that it's busy tonight but offering a free drink rather than delivering the correct order 1 hr later than the app said is just weak.

The online ordering system did not work, so I called in an order and they got one thing wrong, but it wasn't a big deal. Got the one topping large pizza. Sausage for the topping. It was good, but just really expensive. More so than other pizza chains. Fresh and flavorful. You can't go wrong with pizza! The quality is not bad, but the location is a little far for me, so unless I have a deal, I won't return.
