I just had one of the worst meatball sandwiches I have ever eaten. One of the meatballs was as hard as a rock. I love Papa Pilos food, but this was not a good sandwich

Papa Pilos is always on point. Whenever we are in the area, we make sure to stop by. Pizza crust is thin and lots of cheese. Pasta is cooked correctly. The salads are simple but the dressing is ?. Staff is friendly and professional. Do not hesitate to come in!!

Hands down THEE best pizza compared to other parlors! They listened to their customers' about their antipasta salad and resolved the issue of their drenched lettuce leaves - now price is finally worth purchasing now that they have drained/dried the lettuce leaves. Good job Papa Pilos!

We had rated this place as one of“the best” pizza in town. Sadly enough, today they have by all means become the worst at customer service, no professionalism, and a very terrible make pf pizza. We ordered a pizza and the pizza had water and toppings distributed badly. My husband went back to take back pizza, and the man was rude, disrespectful, and said the pizza was edible. I know one thing, coming from long beach to get this pizza and telling the man where we were coming from, have some kind of courtesy or kindness would have been nice. We left and went somewhere else.

We drive truck and are not from this area but wanted to say the pizza we had delivered to our truck was AWESOME! Very flavorful and the customer service was friendly and helpful. If we ever get back this way, we will certainly order again.
