Had an amazing time at the Sheraton Park Hotel! The hotel was very clean! Room #141 was the best room for people with pets. The staff was amazing and very accommodating. We got free hi-speed internet sesrvice as a Marriott Bon Voy member. We accidentally left our van door wide open and thanks to security, nothing was stolen from our vehicle.

This hotel is absolutely gorgeous. All the staff were helpful and friendly but especially Alexis who checked us in. She was professional, welcoming, and knowledgeable. She definitely put our stay off to an excellent start. Would definitely stay here again.

I’ve been a long time guest of the Sheraton. I’ve been coming here with my family since I was 11 years old and have never had any issues with this establishment. This last visit, though, ruined everything for me. My boyfriend and I had stayed here in December of 2021 while the Sheraton was being renovated and got invited back to stay again with a 20% discount. We came back because that’s a pretty good deal. On the day of June 17th, we had left for the theme park and came back at around 3pm to rest, we put up a privacy tag so no one would enter the room. At around 4pm, someone had entered our room unannounced and I had to announce that people were in the room, then they left. We thought it could have been an honest mistake, we didn’t even know who it was since they didn’t say who they were. We left the privacy tag up the next day while we were out, just because we didn’t want anyone to come to the room. We came back at around 5, everything was perfectly fine and left at around 6:30 for dinner. We returned to our room exhausted at 11:30 and went straight to bed. The next morning we woke up, ready to start our final day at the theme park, I needed to find my hand lotion which was located in my purse. Except, we could not find my coach purse anywhere in the room. My purse had gone missing along with my engagement ring, my work clothes, my air pods, a pair of custom disney ears gifted to me, and the items I had bought at the theme park the day previous were gone. The manager Luis put all charges on hold. Several managers reached out to us but none of them followed up with any answers or solutions other than Ian, but even then insurance is going to handle it all. I don’t know where my items are or if they are looking into it, it seemed like the managers just wanted to pass off our problems. And at the end of this all, we had to pay full price for every night of our stay when $1000 worth of my stuff was clearly stolen. Never staying here ever again. All of the wonderful memories I had here as a kid are overshadowed by this incident which should never have to happen to anyone.

Sorry, but as a family we did not enjoy this hotel. Let’s start with the room. Very small for a family of four, not enough chairs for us to sit and dine if we do order takeout. Very small fridge that doesn’t seem to keep your items cold, mini freezer did not work as we brought many ice packs to bring to the trip since Disney doesn’t allow loose ice. No microwave. There were issues with the bedding and blankets, lots of flyaway dusts. We wore black tshirts and you can clearly see that we looked like we slept with a dog. The blankets also make cracking noise— easy to wake up the kids. Next, are the elevators, I know is newly remodeled but the elevators sure don’t look like it did. We stayed on the fourth floor and the elevators do not indicate if you are going up or down, we constantly have to ask everyone who landed on our floor and ask if they going up or down. No Covid precaution signs anywhere on the floors. Next the staff, the lady did not offer bell service at check in. I assume most of us came out of state and country which means most of us have a lot of bags and luggage. Check out was a nightmare!!! super long lines, may I suggest a line for check in and one line for check out. Finally, what really pissed us off is the parking. When we arrived there was no parking but there was a section right on what it looks like the motel side parking, we must have missed the sign that says valet. Well we parked there and asked the bell service guy and he nod his head saying is fine. The next couple hours we got a notice that says courtesy notice- this area is for valet parking. First of all if we pay for parking we are going to plan to park somewhere, I don’t understand why we have a notice when YOUR staff says it was fine to begin with. Overall and honestly, I wouldn’t want to stay here again due to those issues I’ve listed above.

The place is incredibly understaffed and incredibly slow when it comes to management. Key door wouldn’t open and went down four times to get it recharged. Instead of just seeing if there was an open room, they sent maintenance which took another 30min. Staff was not very friendly about the experience. They had two weddings going on, but whoever is managing this place needs to get retrained. Just always ask what events are happening the day you arrive, otherwise, you’ll likely end up like me with the same experience. Had to miss a large portion of an impt event.

Really helpful staff that helped us navigate our Disneyland trip. Nice pool, easy breakfast arrangement, clean and spacious rooms. Enjoyable stay so close to the park, it's ideal. Will be returning!!!

My family and I had THE best experience here this weekend. We were treated like family each step of the way. After first arriving there was no self parking due to a busy morning at the hotel. I was told to valet and they would hold the car until space opened up. What great advice! Then my room was not ready but I was given a pre registration card to access all of the facilities including a newly renovated gym. When my room became ready I encountered my favorite two people of the whole weekend Rocio and Alexis who were so friendly and accommodating and who ended up upgrading our room so that we could see fireworks and have a full balcony. We were able to get breakfast and play games in the club lounge. This whole experience will definitely bring us back! Thanks all at the Sheraton!

Just checked in to the hotel and had the best experience with Rocio at the front desk. She was so sweet and so nice. She upgraded us to a great room with a view and my kids loved it. The room was so beautiful and clean. It’s been beautifully remodeled. The beds are comfy and I love the esthetic of the room. I will definitely be staying here again!

This hotel is beautiful. It is so modern, clean and updated. The decor, the different seating areas were very impressive. I checked in around 7pm and was happy to see the cafe was still open.. My husband was happy to see the game on the big screens in the lobby bar area. Alexis assisted us and went above and beyond to serve us. She was very friendly and professional. She was so knowledgeable and offered us the best options. We really felt right at home. Staff like her makes me want to come back. I also want to me mention throughout my visit the staff was very friendly. The valet attendant was also very helpful.

Polite and friendly front desk. Comfortable room - not huge but well designed with lots of shelf space for bags. Sliding bathroom door. Great pool area. Bonvoy elite lounge good for breakfast - offerings aren't fancy but enough variety that everyone can be happy and space is very pleasant and consistently all staff are friendly, respectful and pleasant. Never tried the evening lounge offerings. Good housekeeping standards. Ten minute walk to the park and a Walgreens on the opposite corner to the hotel for emergency needs. Valet parking done well. Highly recommend.

This is a good spot esp if you are staying at the hotel. They do breakfast, lunch and dinner. For lunch and dinner they do a set menu/price and it's really reasonable. Located in the lobby of the Sheraton and close to Disneyland.

Actually called Savor Stone Heath Pizza & Wine. Food and service were outstanding. Creative and unique pizzas (even dessert pizza)!!! This is a MUST while in the Anaheim Area!

Came here for lunch and had the Spicy chicken sandwich. The sandwich consisted of what seemed like two frozen chicken strips. 18 bucks felt a bit steep for a mundane meal like that.

This restaurant has changed, was renovated too! Looks great inside abs a nice patio too. The new name is Savor Stone Hearth Pizza and Wine. Very unique style of service, it's all you can eat pizza served table side until you say stop. Several varieties of pizza that change daily, great wine, and local beers! The pizza is handmade in an oven you can see from your seat!

Small group with three teens and our overall disappointment was that we didn't realize what kind of restaurant this was and nobody was in the mood for creative pizza. We couldn't find the current menu online and the one on yelp was outdated. You get the pizzas they have going that night with a charcuterie board and that's it. The service was really good, but all their wines were warm...which was a little weird. I think they need to be clearer about the menu with some signage need the entrance.
