The cashier Leslie was not friendly at all. No hello. Asked her a question and she just nodded and t oh could tell she was bothered. Not helpful at all. Food was okay nothing special for price. Chicken tenders were nervy

Came here to the bar upstairs on Christmas night with some friends and had a nice chill time. Yani and Steven were friendly and attentive to our needs. Food and drink was solid, I enjoyed the fried chicken sandwich and the mocktail piña colada I had…cause I’m not a drinker 😅. But I still enjoyed the sips of the mixed drinks my friend got! And our dinner ended around the time of the Disneyland fireworks, with a clear view from the patio outside.

I did not know what to expect from a counter service, but I'm so glad I tried. I got dinner to-go from GG's Chicken Shop and wow, one of the best quick service places in Downtown Disney. The salad I got was so generously portioned, I had leftovers for the next day. The different textures and dressing made it so delicious. The fried chicken extra was really extra...I probably didn't need it, but I'm glad I got it just to try it. My kid loved the strips and waffle fries. Will definitely add this to one of my go-to spots when we're at Disney.

The fried chicken sandwich was delicious and the breading was perfect! The bbq sauce was tangy and fries were seasoned well. Corn was an ok side dish and lacked flavor and was too watery.

Tj and Shon were incredible! Customer service at its finest. We ordered a cocktail that required a special ingredient that they happened to be out of. Instead of saying, they didn't have it, they both jumped into action.And started making this ingredient, letting me know what the fifteen minutes for it to be fully ready. Once done, they created the most fantastic craft cocktail. The extra effort was not unnoticed.
This review is for Seoul sister specifically. There are 3 restaurants here and I'm not talking about any of the others. Food was good, delicious, timely. But the meat to rice ratio is just terrible. Imagine 15% meat, 25% veggies, 60% rice. They mix in the green veggies with the rice to make it look like more. It's such a shame because it was actually tasty. Not worth it considering the 20$ price tag. It reminds me of flame broiler but with worse meat to rice ratio and more expensive selections.

Been bar hopping at Downtown Disney plenty of times to confidently say I LOVE PARKSIDE. The people, the drinks, the decor according to the time of the year, love it.
Shout out to our girl DEB! Always makes coming in such a warm, welcome back home, type of experience.
The serve beer and cocktails and they bring up the food from downstairs to you, you can order everything upstairs and just sit back and relax watching the Monorail pass by and if you plan it correctly, you can watch the sunset.
