Flavors are extraordinary — the shrimp aquachile was spicy with perfect degree of acid; handmade tortillas with the short ribs were perfect; the short rib was so tender and favorful.

I recently dined at Paseo in Disneyland Downtown, and while the adult food was fantastic, the experience fell short when it came to the kids’ meals.
The pork shank was outstanding—tender, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The margaritas were equally impressive, perfectly balanced and refreshing. However, the children’s steak was a major disappointment.
