To start, our server that day was Alejandro. Alejandro was very educated in all the food and guided us to make some excellent choices. Appetizers where excellent, and the food and dessert was outstanding. We usually eat at céntrico but decided to go to paseo just to try the different menu. We where very satisfied with paseo but I gotta tell you this, the guava dessert we got at the end was one of the best we both had. Gracias Alejandro for your help
We came for Disneyland and this was the best meal we ate. The guac with pork belly was good. Guac was very fresh. The pork belly does have a strong smokey flavor though, which I was fine with but my sister was not. I had the short ribs and it was so delish! Perfectly cooked and great flavor. I did not use the tortillas as it was so good without it. My sister had the enchiladas and while she enjoyed and ate it, she tasted one bite of mine and then tasted some more.
Delicious food. We don't know we were having brunch menu but still very good. Recommend. Martin and Nicholas are wonderful and made us the best margaritas with fresh lime. So good.
