Sad to say but outside of fried zucchini....I will not be ordering anything else from this place. I came for breakfast with my son today and normally we do drive thru. We came in today and the atmosphere is nice, but it just seemed Extremely overpriced for what we got. The food was decent, but there definitely better options out there for your value.

I love a good family owned diner style restaurant and this place surpasses any I've been to! They are still reasonably priced compared to other restaurants. We ordered two cheeseburger combos and substituted one fry with fried zucchini and our total was $34. The place itself is clean and the workers are super nice. I highly recommend trying Paul's Place.

I always drive thru, and it does take a little longer than most drive thrus but it very much worth the wait. Their fries are great and I often get the chicken gyro and burgers.

Ordered food on Dec. 26. 2 cheeseburger specials 1 with no onion and a turkey melt with mo lettuce or tomatoes, 1 grilled cheese and chicken strip. Before I left i realized they gave us a turkey burger I stead of a turkey melt so I patiently waited while they made the correct sandwich. I watched one cook read the order to the other and he repeated no lettuce or tomato. Cool get home and the Turkey melt has both lettuce and tomato. Then I take a big bite of my burger which is loaded with onion. I immediately spit it out as I am allergic to onion. This could have been a really big mistake 😕. I immediately called and the kid I spoke to apologized and said he would put my info in the book for next time. Now today 1/4/26 i call to order food and redeem my replacement food and low and behold im told its not in the book and she talked to the cooks and they don't remember so she cant give me free food. So ultimately I paid for food I couldn't eat had to take medication take sure I didn't end up in the hospital and then was basically called a liar. Soooooo disappointed with the customer service and sad because we have been eating here for 17 years!

I ordered 3 eggs with bacon and wheat toast. I felt the delivery was a bit longer than expected. Eggs were room temperature and the butter was put on cold toast which never melted. I did get 5 strips of bacon though. It appears my meal may have sat on the counter too long before being delivered to me. This experience will void any future visits.

I placed an order for one Hungry Paul, one Kids Menu Hamburger, one Kids Menu Hot Dog, and one Asada Taco. My order did not come out for 40 minutes, and when I asked the employee at the front, I received the rude response, 'we are busy.' Furthermore, when the food was finally served, there was no apology offered for the long wait. The pancake that came out after 40 minutes was so dry and dense, seemingly because the batter was not properly mixed.
