This is a restaurant with excellent taste and price, the waiter forgot to give us vegetables, and when we paid, we explained that we would get a discount later, thank you very much! I sincerely suggest that if we can move closer to Disney, the business will be more prosperous.

Food was tasty but service left much to be desired. We arrived to the restaurant and it was quite empty, but we still waited a while before we were approached and seated. Basics like water and utensils were not given initially and needed to be requested. While the service was lacking, the pho was extremely tasty. The broth had an amazing flavor and was very enjoyable. The parking lot in the back had plenty of space when we arrived but seemed to be overcrowded with cars waiting as we left.

So food 5/5, service 2/5, atmosphere 3/5 I read a lot of reviews before visiting and been there twice now, the kitchen, the chefs gets this place going. For the level of restaurant it is, the service poor.
I don’t blame the servers for that, they all young and without training i guess so just somehow manage to get your order to the kitchen.
***Food is good, definitely be loud while ordering, repeat your order to make sure your server gets it right***
I had #35chicken pho and shrimp garlic noodles, both were tasty, and fulfilling and i can visit again just for the food.
First time it was really hot inside, could sense the A/C-fans weren’t working, second time was okish.

Excellent option for dinner, we really enjoyed the food and the place. The attention and service is very good! Affordable prices and variety of dishes.
This place used to be great, but the employees they hire, the service the cooks the manners. It ain't up to snuff anymore. Not sure what was up with one of the waiter/servers but either he was having a bad night (which i doubt since he was talking smack with his coworkers) or he just straight up doesn't know customer service. No acknowledgment whatsoever. He just sat us down and tossed us our menus. The dude didn't even get our drinks right. Wanted a Thai tea, and we got Vietnamese house ice coffee. Declined that before it left the tray. It wasn't loud in there either. And never got our water for our 4th drink. Even after we asked for it a second time.
The food. Ridiculous. Never in my 16 visits over the past 5 years excluding covid have I gotten hair or plastic in my soup. Bringing some friends here for their first time, we got it in two different bowls, two different menu items. 11 and 13. Complete turn-off. The one good server did replace one bowl at our request free of charge. As expected. But the fact that it had to occur in the first place shows the inadequate food safety here.
Just never gona come back again. Future patrons beware. We used to be regulars but I don't know what the new owners been doing lately. Sad.

I recently visited Mr. Pho and was pleased with the nice atmosphere and delicious food. The flavors were spot on, and the ambiance made it a great place to enjoy a meal. However, the service really brought the experience down. The waitstaff lacked attentiveness and didn’t seem to care if our water glasses were empty. They had a bit of a dismissive, uninterested attitude, like bored teenagers who’d rather be somewhere else. It’s a shame because the food and setting deserve better support from the staff.
