My family and I usually love to dine at Mimi's. The last few times we've come we have been so disappointed. The service was not nearly as good as it used to be. To start off, the server took a while to take all of our drink orders and then would not take our food orders at the same time. By the time he did take our orders we had been seated for almost an hour. About 25 minutes later he came out and said they ran out of an item that 2 people had ordered. The server that brought our food out was very rude when a member of our party mentioned she didn't receive something she ordered. We also received the wrong item but just dealt with it because we didn't have an extra hour to spare. We had to get our own napkins and take out boxes. We had clearly been forgotten about and managed to leave the restaurant almost 3 hours after we were seated. Almost the same experience for the last 2 times we were at Mimi's.

Celebrated my sons first birthday and it was perfect, no crowd very quiet and our waiter was very sweet.

It was nice they put us a big group 18 people at the back for with 4 tables. We had a great time after the Jingle Bell charity walk at Anaheim Angel stadium. Some of the food came out dried but could understand because of the big group. Coffee kept coming and service was very accommodating.

Mimi's is a solid experience. Not gourmet food but comfort food. The presentation of my quiche could have been a bit more enticing with maybe a slice of orange or a strawberry to liven up the presentation without a lot of additional cost. Flavor of the quiche was light and tasty. Even though my area was not full the service was slightly off. Forgot the croissant we ordered then they had no more plain croissants so had to substitute. Server was friendly and handled our check with confidence.

Asked someone to find our waitress. Still no waitress after 10 minutes so we go to the hostess stand. It took them another 10 minutes to find our waitress. Her excuse? We were busy (restaurant was half full).

Unfortunately, our Mimi's experience (5 adults) was only fair. The food was not hot and one individual received the wrong dish. The servers were nice and the atmosphere was very agreeable.

Server (Hispanic women with blonde hair, heavy eye makeup) did not come over to check on us until after we finished our meal. She brought out drinks and took our order and never saw her again until she brought the check. Being a server myself this is not acceptable. She only had two other tables besides ours. Food was great as usual. Disappointed in the service.
