This used to be a favorite. House chicken was our go to. Lately it has been a bit dry missing the delicious sauce to mix with the rice and just not so good. Nice staff, good service.

Definitely one of the best takeout restaurants out there. Food is always delicious and service is speedy and hospitable. A lot of great options whether you're going for something healthy or not. Highly recommend to anyone seduced by Panda Express!

I called to make an order & the man who answered left me on hold for 15minutes. My boyfriend & I came in to pick our order the young man whose name was Rand was very rude. There was a long line & he would be on his phone instead of packaging the food or fooling around. My boyfriend asked him how long would it take & He rolled his eyes & made slurs to the other boy. He seemed very cocky. My bf asked to speak to someone above him & he said he was the shift leader. He should not be shift leader. 0 customer service & on top of that I found hair on my food. We were going to eat inside but the dining area was so dirty. Liquid spilled on the tables, sauce stained & noodles on the floor. The restrooms reeked of urine. The young man & managers seem to not care about their restaurant. They really need a evaluation with their employers. Were Never coming again. First and last time. Panda express is better & cheaper.

The young man who took my order was incredibly sick I almost canceled the order. He caught and used the restroom accessively and had watery eyes, I could see he was in charge of preparing the sauces so I just did not use mine and threw them away. There was a long wait time which I didn't mind because he was up front about the 30 minute wait but I think he was just continuing to be at work to help with the long wait times I think you should have prioritized his health and gone home.

I love how we can order directly on their website and the food is always ready when you get there. No waiting another 10-20 minutes like many other places. This place has their online ordering infrastructure down! Food is hot and fresh when you get there. My typical order at Pick Up Stix is Orange Chicken, House Special Chicken and egg fried rice. Every now and then I would get their Fire Cracker Chicken and their Mongolian steak.

I went for lunch today. I had the house chicken. Very good. I was served by Evelyn. She always has a smile on her face and gives great customer service. Thank you Evelyn! I will be returning in the future.
