Haven’t been to pink bar in years because I moved out of state. Braydon was incredible. His positive attitude and attention to detail made our experience even better. Give this guy a raise. It’s hard to find quality employees and people like him. Thank you so much, Braydon!

One of the employees, Dallas, was extremely rude to my family during our visit. The interaction escalated unnecessarily over topping requests, during which she stated that asking for more than three toppings was “abusing” the policy. Her tone was unprofessional and disrespectful. It was also noticeable that her attitude created visible discomfort among both customers and other staff. Customer-facing roles require basic courtesy and professionalism, and unfortunately this experience fell short of that. I hope the owner reviews hiring and training practices to prevent similar situations in the future.

Drove 20mins to pickup an online order to later find out none of the flavors were available. A simple phone call would have been nice considering I made the order 2 hours in advance. Even worse, the workers didn’t even know how to refund the order. Purely a management issue not knowing how to train their employees. I’ve been coming here for years but quality and cleanliness has gone down. Won’t be coming back.

I was just there. I've been done this before but i decide not to purchase because of the cashier's attitude. He never said Hi he looked not cool and was fixing his hair with with hands as he was looking at me. At the time of charging me and pulled out my wallet taking cash out and he loudly knocked at the screen and shout. NO CASH!!! After that i saw him grabbing the pretzel with no gloves as I was pulling the CC out and decided not to purchase. I was very hungry as oneself can smell the pretzel from coming down the stairs.

The yogurt I had from here gave me food poisoning. Some of the fruits tasted spoiled probably from bad refrigeration. I’ve been sick and in pain all day because of it. Extremely disappointing and honestly dangerous. Be careful.
