So I decided to take advantage of a coupon I got via US Mail. I knew The Pizza Factory was fairly new so I read the reviews and since I didn't want to cook on a cold and rainy night I decided to trudge out in the downpour instead to check out the new pizza place in town. I phoned in my order, easy peezy. And FYI, reviews were right about the friendly older gentleman running the show. Actually, he was the only one there at that hour, about 9:30 pm, which is almost closing time. It was ready when I got there and the nice gentleman said he hoped I liked it and I could keep the coupon for next time. Then I asked for ranch dressing and he said sure no problem while he put my order in a bag and took my payment. He handed over the bag and off I went. Got home and took it out of the bag and served myself a couple pieces, anxious to try it out and pretty much famished by this time. Ugh, then I noticed there is no ranch in the bag. I checked and triple-checked. I couldn't believe the nice gentleman would do me like that. I was a little bummed out but I did like the pizza, even without the dressing I would give it a thumbs up . I got a sausage, pepperoni with half jalapeños. It was fresh and tasty and I would recommend.

This was a decision I won’t regret. Pizza is definitely homemade with love. Order well done and well done and perfect. Perfect amount of sauce and even extra when asked. Very pleasant on the phone and the delivery driver was top notch. Highly recommended. Be sure to tip on top of the delivery fee which was very reasonable. Great

This pizza is not bad, it's just not really good. There is a shortage of good pizza spots in Anaheim and, unfortunately, this place just isn't going to get the job done when I'm craving pizza.

I give this place a 10/10 for service !! They saw that I had my baby sleeping in the car and they brought the pizza out to hand it to me ! I got the mini pepperoni pizza and they added on a lot of pepperoni and I also g it the garlic bread it was so yummy and not too garlicky which was perfect ! I will be coming back

This is really geared for takeout or delivery. We went in thinking we were going to be eating inside, but that did not work out because they only have a small table and some chairs for people waiting for their pizzas. The staff are really great. They messed up our breadstick order, so they gave us an extra one. We did not even ask for it. The pizza was fantastic. The cheesy breadsticks were amazing. My wife’s combo calzone was really good as well.Parking: There are a few spots, so it’s not a big deal
