Good service and great deals. I had stopped using Pizza Hut for many reasons price, service ect…. Came back after many years and I was not disappointed. I would come back again!

There was an old lady in this store with a very bad attitude. She refused to give the DoorDash driver a pizza bag and said they didn’t have any, even though there were pizza bags on the shelf. Since I didn’t have a bag, she refused to give me the food, and I had no choice but to cancel the order.

I really ever buy Pizza Hut and the only reason I did was because it was convenient at the time. Fast food does not have to be overcooked or undercooked and tasteless. Super overpriced for under qualified food. Overcooked pizza slots overcooked cookie undercooked brownie batter.

This Pizza Hut location is absolutely terrible.
For our party of 6, I ordered 2 medium pizzas and 2 large stuffed crust pizzas. For one of the stuffed crusts, I ordered it with pepperoni and mushrooms. Unfortunately, it was only received with pepperoni.
I assumed it would be an easy fix, so I called the store to report the error. The associate who helped me said that in order for them to replace the pizza, I would need to bring back the incorrect one. I told her I could send her a photo, but I felt as though we should be comped an entirely new pizza for the inconvenience of having to drive all the way back. She resisted. She even had the audacity to confirm with the kitchen staff that the pizza was made correctly - “they said they did add the mushrooms”, insinuating that I was lying. Mind you, the receipt was attached to the order so I confirmed it wasn’t an order error.
Frustrated, I hung up and settled for the incorrect pizza. I probably wouldn’t have cared as much if it weren’t a whole $4 dollars to add the damn mushrooms.
The company needs to do a better job of training their staff on customer service resolutions because this experience was absolutely unacceptable. No wonder it has 1.8 stars on Yelp.

First time ordering at this location in anaheim employee LEOVA was a bit rude when I asked for a dipping sauce for my wings I tried to explain to her that on the app ot doesn't give the options to choose the sauce u will like fot ur wings, I had to show her the app in my phone so she could believe me and she said ill give it to u just this time because u didn't requested on the app, and I asked how if its not giving me the option to choose a sauce.

Last night sealed the deal on us not ever getting Pizza Hut again from this location! We stopped ordering from this location over a year ago because we saw the employee picking his teeth at the front counter and then went off to handle food.. seriously. We told the manager and they definitely seemed like they wouldn't follow up further. Now yesterday we go because it was late and they are less than 5 minutes away and give them another shot but to our shock there is a hair in our pizza! They didn't answer their phone either *shocker* I called 4 times and stopped.
This location should be evaluated by their owner and changes in hygiene and protocols need to be had because this is not acceptable for any place that handles food.
I paid $125 for 4 pizza and delivery 1 wrong and I call 3 time the store of course no one pick the phone I drive to the store and the manager was rude asking for the pizza back I will never order again.
