Spent the weekend out at Disneyland. Ordered pizza here I had no idea how awesome this store is. I walked into a semi concert and television screens all over. The employees I dealt with are TOP NOTCH hands down. If you want pizza go to this place.

I ordered the “New Yorker” with extra cheese and onions. Extra cheese was $3.75 & onions were $3.75. The pizza had normal cheese MAYBE a little more than normal & it barely had any onions on it. Why did I pay nearly $8 more for extra cheese and onions and BARELY get any of both. Very disappointed I should have just gone to SBARROS.
Pizza and environment is great. But Carlos employee. 2nd time give me the wrong order.

Pizza is always baked properly and never burnt ( it happens in some places). Employees are always courteous and efficient.

Ordered online. Got confirmation number from the system. Go to pick it up, no order on the board. The system sent an email advising the order could not be processed while i was driving there. No problem. I'll reorder in person. Then they refuse to honor the online price. Showed manager screenshot of order with confirmation number. Nope... Still refusing to honor the online price. They make me leave to reorder online... Last time we get their food. Many other places to take our money.

the cashier is the most rude employee i have ever interacted with. i stood at the register waiting for my order to be taken and he stood there and ignored me for 10 minutes. eventually i said "im waiting for you to take my order, are you ready" .. he rudely and loudly responded "i was waiting FOR YOU". It is basic etiquette to ask the customer if they are ready to make their order, but clearly this guy has no customer service skills. Looks like pizza hut hires anyone that just walks in. Besides that, they forgot to bring my drink to the table and I had to get someones attention to actually get my whole order.
