They got my order wrong on multiple occasions. I understand everybody makes mistakes, but... they messed up my order AGAIN. Half hour to remake it wrong AGAIN. When I told them they got it wrong AGAIN, they told me that's what I ordered, and they got an attitude when I showed my receipt. If I have a problem don't get my pizza here? Roger that! I no longer will. It's not like my order was special. I just wanted what I paid for.
IF YOU MAKE A MISTAKE, THEN APOLOGIZE AND CORRECT IT. DO NOT GET AN ATTITUDE WITH THE CUSTOMER FOR YOUR MISTAKE.
Got the wrong people managing because they don't care and they obviously hate their job. This implies the owner doesn't care either and employees will follow that lead.

Normally it was my favorite place to eat pizza but oh but in the places I've been listening to the customer service was not very good but the girl served me very well and the pizza with cheese around it was delicious

They outsourced delivery to doordash... Never ordering from here again.UPDATE:Our pizza and wings arrived 30 minutes late, and cold. I called the hut and because it was door dash they had no answers.I'm ceremoniously deleting the app tonight.R.I.P. Pizzahut

I went to the Pizza Hut I had to get a ride because I don't have a car right now. I had two friends in the car I ordered two pizzas and waited for them when they were done there was only one pizza so I had to go out and asked my friends to wait another 15-20 minutes for the second pizza when I went in to get the second pizza it was the wrong Pizza the one they made cost me $4 more than the other one. It was a meat lovers Pizza and I ordered a large pizza with two toppings. The manager was acting as cashier now at least and he told me did I want to wait while they make the correct Pizza now mind you we waited in the car for the pizza for over 45 minutes I told him why don't you just give me the meat lovers Pizza at the other price the difference was $4. I figured this was there since they messed it up twice. Man refused and insisted that I wait another 15-20 minutes for the correct Pizza or get a refund. I was very annoyed since the first pizza was gone now cuz we ate it while we were waiting so I went home with no pizza and we ended up sharing one in the car. The man was anything but understanding or nice at all in fact he was extremely rude and condescending I'm a 66-year-old woman and I don't like asking my friends for a ride much less waiting 45 minutes for a pizza we didn't get.
Do not order from here. Delivery is terrible slow and much later than promised; food arrives very cold. They don’t answer the phone to provide help with your order nor to assist with refunds!
